I have a gift card in the amount of $150.00 for this business. I received an email on 4/27/2023 from Sunflower Spa informing me that the business is closed.On 4/28/2023 I received an email from the new owner of the building stating they are not honoring gift cards that were purchased from Sunflower Spa because they ( ****************) did not buy the business. I do not know how to get my money refunded .Initial Complaint

I was given a giftcard of $200 in value to this spa in May of 2021. I consistently attempted to book services via their website, but could never find a time that worked with my schedule. This building abruptly closed with no warning, and now many are left with giftcards that are worthless.Initial Complaint

I have $250 in unused gift cards. I have been unable to make an appointment for spa services to use the gift cards (unable to find a time that fits my schedule). Owner of Sunflower Spa posted today on ******** she sold the building and abruptly closed. No warning was given or date to use gift cards by. I want my money back for gift cards to use at a spa of my choosing since new owners will not honor her gift cards. Owner of Sunflower Spa is *******************.Initial Complaint

I have $150 in gift card, I was notified today in a bulk email they were closing for good in 4 hours. Their phones were "out of order" when called to inquire about gift cards and business was closed before the 7 pm closing time to purchase product.Initial Complaint

Hello, At 3:04pm on 4/27/23, myself and other sunflower spa customers received an email that the Sunflower Spa is closing it's doors on 4/27/23. Myself and hundreds of other clients have gift cards and packages that are now worthless. We were given zero notice as to this closure to even attempt to use or redeem what we have. ** clients were anxiously waiting to hear from the new owners to see if they would be honoring the gift cards, and they have confirmed they only bought the building, nothing else. Considering this is a spa, the gift cards that people have are easily hundreds of dollars. I, myself, have $100 in a gift card and a 3 massage package that was purchased. This is unacceptable from a business, especially one that has been in business for over 20 years. The sunflower spa has also since announcing the closure, shut down their ******** page, their website and phones to avoid any further contact. Please help!
