May 2023 baumgart tire and wheel Vehicle had struts, axles, rear brakes done. Told me at pick up not to return with my vehicle. I tried multiple times to go back after it became clear there was more obvious, new issue, than previously. I have had to pay other facility for immediate repairs. Still having on going issues with some parts installed by baumgart but cant proceed with additional repairs due to warranty issues. Tires installed by them have feathering. Rotors are defective, they warrantied out pads without my knowledge but didnt exchange rotor. All of these parts had or have warranty which should be provided by baumgart.Customer response

There are additional diagnostics and services that need to be performed that have not yet. This isn't the entirety but just some of my records. I also visited and paid baumgart several times for diagnostics prior to their recent service. I'm out of time and space allowed in this window.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The response is simply untruthful. I scheduled my vehicle repairs each visit. I equally had to wait extended periods of time outside of scheduled windows. The vehicle was not in functioning condition after repairs. I have also paid many relative diagnostics and services to this business, they were not all 'courtesy' rechecks. Any of the few times the fees were waived, they had recently serviced the part, they acknowledged an error (such as leaving an S hook in my wheel well) or improperly balanced tires etc. The feathering of the tires, has also been documented multiple times by the technician at this facility. Instead of correcting the issue, I was instructed to "see if it got worse with time." Ultimately I had to receive an appropriate alignment elsewhere. There are many additional documents proving my statements, most should be available for the business to view in their system. The stipulations for performing work with the warranty company, require the business to honor and warranty parts and labor for which they received payment for and they have not. The warranty company was not able to maintain clear communications throughout the services, and I myself had to use my personal cell phone in shop, to get them in touch numerous times. I spent over 20 hours communicating with the warranty, several of which was spent clarifying the back and forth incorrect or misleading info provided by baumgart.
