I have contacted altitude trampoline park in Appleton asking to speak with a manger. The man whom was on the phone continued to tell me he was his name is ************************* thats the name hed given me. I simply asked if my daughters monthly membership could be canceled due to the fact shes autistic and now having severe medical problems from on going Seizures and is now in the hospital. She has only been able to use her monthly pass one time and that was the month I paid for. She physically is unable to use her monthly pass due to her medical problems. This man continued to tell me I had to pay for on going months. All I want is my daughters membership canceled so they stop trying to take money from my account. Ive got enough going on with my daughter and its hard times getting back and forth to the childrens hospital in ********* from ****** *********. This man was very rude and very unprofessional. I asked to speak with someone higher above and he said no. I then asked if I could speak to another manger he continued to refuse and said I had to come to the building. Im in ********* with my daughter and will not be back in ****** for another two weeks. This business keeps trying to take money from my bank account and my daughter is not even able to use her membership. Shes been Scaned in the system with her membership ONCE last month before all her problems started. I should not have to pay for something my daughter is physically unable to enjoy while shes in the hospital. This is very insane and inhumane. All I want is my daughters membership canceled and for them to stop pulling money I do not have. Ive spent everything on my daughters medical needs. This man failed to even give me a person higher above him so I explain my situation. I would never in a million years recommend a place like this its sick and truly disturbing. Corporate numbers dont work neither dose the headquarters number online. Very disgusting business.
