Originally bought our vehicle from here in December 2023. We were pleased UNTIL the vehicle started having issues less that 2 months after purchase. We contacted the manager and he was more than happy to "help" us. This is when the nightmare started. They had the vehicle for 2 weeks and after poor communication, dodged phone calls and several excuses they said they fixed the issue. We picked the vehicle up and within 10 minutes of leaving the lot the check engine light came back on and it was still running poorly. They also failed to leave us an invoice of the work they did even though they stated we would receive one. Took the vehicle back in and they stated it was most likely the timing chain THIS TIME after having it for 2 weeks... so once again left it to be looked at. Our vehicle sat another week with poor communication. We ended up driving to the dealership to discover it was never touched and the doors remained UNLOCKED in the lot. We decided to take the vehicle to another mechanic after we were quoted around 3000$ to fix the timing. We picked up our vehicle and requested again an invoice on the work and parts that they claimed to have replaced. The manager would not provide us with an invoice and instead gave us a hand written note on a scrap piece of paper. We just found out from the other shop that the timing is NOT THE ISSUE in fact it needs a new engine after 3 months and 4000 miles. It was proven the parts they claimed to replace were never touched. I cant even express how disgusted I am. The more diggin we do the more we uncover how very shady this place is. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! NOTHING BUT LIES!

The customer purchased the Durango 12/01/2023 at ****** with no present or stored codes and in working order. The customer was provided a 1 month/1000 miles warranty on the date of purchase. The warranty has long expired.

      1Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
It's not a warranty problem it's the fact this business tried to pass a problem off as a different problem without diagnosising the real issue.  They wanted me to spend over $3000 to fix a timing issue that didn't exist.

      Regards,

On 9/20/2023 I brought my car into Anyonerides Wisco. There was a clunking noise I wanted addressed. I was called and quoted $1,854.88 to replace the lower control arms and ball joint assy. I agreed to the repair and it was completed. When driving home I realized the noise in question was still very much present. I returned the next day and after inspection I was told I needed to replace the upper control arms at an additional cost of $1,162.55. I feel this problem was misdiagnosed and the initial repair was possibly unnecessary. I sent a letter explaining the situation asking for someone to contact me with a solution that worked for both them and me. I received no response whatsoever.
