      Great recliner, perfect fit for a short stature person, delivery was on time and delivery team very courteous and informative with the demonstration. Price was great also!

      We bought a dual seat motorized recliner from Ashley out of *************, **. Price was excellent, materials are soft and seating comfortable. The salesman was courteous, professional and answered all my questions. We are getting the recliner to help my wife during her recovery from hip replacement surgery. Delivery was prompt, ahead of schedule and done cleanly with care for our home. The guys assembled the unit, which required minimal work, and were in and out in about 10 minutes. The whole buying experience as 100% satisfactory. ************* ** ******* **

      I ordered a mattress and bed frame online in March 2024. Both were delivered in a timely manner and were decent. However, their customer service for what came next was TERRIBLE.Per California law, Ashley is legally required to take my old mattress as long as it is not a health hazard. Their online form even has a check box asking if you want them to take your old mattress at the time the new one is delivered. I checked yes.Because I ordered online, the delivery people were not Ashley employees. They told me they could not take my old mattress. So I then go online and start a chat with customer service. (There is no way to email them in order to have a written log that way.) The first person was not familiar with CA law and said they wouldn't take it. I pointed to the page on their website that says they are legally obligated to do this. (***********************************************************************************************************) I get transferred to two more people through chat. The last one says they have a opened a support ticket, gave me a ticket #, and said "please wait for ***** hours and you will get information about it via email." I never heard from them again.Two months later I finally get a chance to call the customer support #. They can't help me and say I have to call the local store. I call the local store. She tells me because I ordered online she cannot even access my order. Two separate systems. She tells me to use chat or call the main line. I said I did both already to no avail. She finally takes pity on me and says she will send my ticket # to customer service through their interal ********* Teams channel and maybe someone will help. That was 6/14/2024. I never heard from anyone.Today, 7/12/2024, I randomly get a text saying an Ashley delivery is on the way. Two hours later two guys show up in an Ashley truck and finally take my mattress. The guys were great. I'm just glad I happened to be home to give it to them.

      Product was to come assembled for which you pay extra. It was assembled before it arrived and was wrapped in plastic and moving blankets. One of the legs was missing a screw so the delivery crew had to rummage thru the extra screws they had to finish the assembly
