      They said they will come out when they are ready to and when they did they did not let us know when . and gust show up and if we are not at the camper they will not fix what needs to be done and will not come back. When we try to talk to them they are very rude to me

      Dear ****,
      This letter is written in response to customer claim number ******** (*************************).
      On July 11th, our offsite service tech was dispatched to ************************* 2021 Keystone Hideout
      (*****************) at the ****************** Campground in ******** **. He was sent to
      repair a thermostat, adjust an awning, and look at a noisey refrigerator. While he was there, the
      customer noted that the kitchen faucet was not working as it should. The tech noted this issue and
      told the customer we would order him a new faucet and return to repair on another trip.
      The faucet arrived at Dicks RV the week of July 25th and the customer was put on the service
      schedule for the following week. On Aug 2nd, a message was left on the ****** phone that we
      would be going to their campground on Aug 3rd. The tech arrived to their camper and found that they
      did not leave a key in its normal location. The tech called *********************** and she told him they moved
      the key as the campground had seen some recent theft issues. Without the key, the tech explained
      we could not enter the camper to replace the faucet. ***** asked if we could just leave the faucet and
      she would have *** replace it. Since this is a warranty repair, we are required to return the defective
      part to the manufacturer and could not just leave the part for the customer to install. Once the tech
      returned to Dicks RV, our Service Advisor *******, reached out to *****. They discussed that she
      would probably just have *** remove the faucet and bring it to Dicks RV and then we would give
      them the faucet to install.
      I took a call from ******************* at 3:45pm on Aug 18th. He was wondering when we were coming to
      replace his faucet. I told him based on the conversation that ***** and ******* had, we thought the
      issue was solved? He stated that driving to Dicks RV was too far and he wanted us to come fix it.
      As of 10:30am Aug 23rd, these repairs have been completed. I spoke with *** and he thanked me
      for taking care of this.
