Please allow us to restate and include all of the facts, including some purposely withheld facts by the complainant which will clearly show she is responsible for her own vehicle registration problems and current delays.

      **Fact stated by the Complainant

      1. Vehicle was paid for, shipped and received.
      2. Complainant, bought the vehicle through bank wire while living out of state, needed (And Received) shipped vehicle title and registration documents, which needed to be filled out because of her absence.

      **Facts withheld by the complainant

      1. Complainant was informed by text, and numerous phone calls prior to title documents being shipped, to call/FaceTime on how to correctly fill out the title documents before filling them out and before going to dmv.
      2. Complainant was mailed a 2ND Temp tag as a courtesy (Free of charge) because the initial Temp tag was either stolen or lost when she received the shipped vehicle.
      3. Complainant failed to call/facetime prior to incorrectly filling out the documents (dealers had no knowledge of these actions by the complainant until after her dmv visit) and took these incorrectly filled out documents to dmv to register the car. HUGE MISTAKE!
      4. Documents filled out wrongly sent red flags to RI dmv, whom alludes (understandably) that either or both dealers (Wholesale, retail) had made the errors, assuming fraud has happened and demanded licenses that they oddly refused to verify on their own databases using the dealer licenses information provided on the documents presented.
      5. Complainant complains to dealer that the dealer/s are the reason she couldnt register her car. Dealers are eventually shown the title documents that the complainant filled out incorrectly that created this entire problem. This, accompanied with the complainant initially not following simple directions to call/facetime before filling out her vehicle registration documents to receive personal assistance to guarantee registration.

**Resolutions supported by and agreed to, but not stated by or updated by the complainant:

      1. On 5/14, Complainant agreed to mail vehicle documents back to us, so the vehicle registration documents could be duplicated but filled out correctly, registered (Free of charge), and mailed to her simplifying her next registration process.
      2. 5/17, Documents were received by dealer from the complainant and filled out correctly, taken to DMV and easily registered. We are now waiting for DMV to mail the title to us so we can mail it to the complainant.

**All facts stated can be proven with photos and/or documentation. No refund is due to the complainant because she was never defrauded, she created her own vehicle registration problems, and full remedy is in progress. We will update BBB at the time that remedy is fully made, and this vehicle registration process is made whole.
