I had my garage floor coated 7/10/2019. Early in late spring I noticed bubbling of the coating on the floor.I called and left message but got no reply. Tried again in August, again left message and got on reply. In Oct called again got reply and was told to watch because to lat in the year to fix it. Called again early 2021 left message got no reply,July,no reply. Got a reply in end of Aug but no one came to see it. July 2022 got someone to look at floor Got back to me in Sept. They sent people to look at it but I had to call again and again to get reply. After phone tag ,finally got the owner to look at the floor. Said it was cause by water pressing up through floor After more calls he said he would fix about an8x8 section and the warrenty would end. I think the warrenty should still be in effect and left message about it. that was 3 phone calls and 3 emails by me to get a reply. Still havent heard back. Its a 15 year warrenty. Different people from this company have looked at the floor with different ideas on the problem.If it was a moister problem there should have been a white chalk dust **** on the old floor ,which there wasnt. Was also told they switched sealers, also told that they didnt do a moisture test, which the owner said he knows nothing about .I would like the problem fixed, or compensated for it.I would have filed a complaint earlier but believed they stand behind it, but I'm tired of having to call them and call them and nothing is being done about this
