I have been going to the Ho Chunk Casino/Hotel for several years. The most recent year 2023, I have spent a lot of money there, typically $200 per visit, if I win some I would end up spending more. With my expenditures, I have benefited from a couple of "Complimentary over-night stays." Every month, it is typical that I receive a brochure of coupons in the mail saying I have "X" amount of dollars in reward (Slot) play to use or I have a discount on Hotel or even a few times I've had a complimentary hotel stay. This month for ******** I did not receive my brochure.My wife received hers! I was just at ****************************** on Saturday, December 16th to Sunday December 17th to use one of my Complimentary stays! I spent at least $300 on ******************* and I walked in with $200 for slots with $40 Rewards play to add to the top! I've sent 3 emails to **************** and called **************** 4x. The 4th time, I finally got to talk to a live person instead of being transferred to a voicemail...That person said I do not HAVE any rewards on my account! HUH? There is DEFINITELY a mistake, for all the $$ I spend there! Again, my WIFE got a brochure identifying rewards to be used for ******* and spends far less than me there! What happened to MY Rewards?? She transferred me to the "Rewards Manager" and I left her yet another voicemail seeking return call. The more I think about it, i WONDER if Ho Chunk is mixing me up with the Drunken patron that was sitting next to me at the ******************* table (that 16th day of December) who got cut-off and was kicked out of the casino!? Maybe they meant to cancel/ban his rewards, but instead cancelled mine? I just want to find out what happened to MY rewards, that I have rightfully earned. But since emails and phone calls aren't connecting me and they are not responded to, i'm hoping BBB can assist! Can you help? Thank youInitial Complaint

On May 22nd I and 3 friends went to ho chunk gaming. 3 staff members approached me demanding my ID. After a few mins i was told I smelled of. Pot. I told the man I didnt have any pot. And I left. I was never told I was banned. I and my 3 friends came back on May 29 after being at *************** for hours I won ******* after being there for over 5 hours I was told I needed to leave and write the casino for reinstatement and my winnings. Which I did and was told I have to wait a year before asking to come back! I just want my money that I won fair and square!Initial Complaint

We went to Ho chunk casino hotel 8/24/ 2021 in ******* **. Met my brother and mother there from *********. Had reservations for 8/24 and 8/25 2021. Not sure when the casino and hotel system went down but we were asked to leave 8/25 as were the rest rest of the hotel guests. On 9/24/21 my checking was charged $296.38 when system came back up. Not only incorrect price but was charged for 2 nights that I wasnt even there. Talked to hotel supervisor ****** numerous times and she said entire amount would be credited back to my checking. After 2 weeks still has not been credited. Need this resolved since I am only on social security and need the money.
