      I contacted a FB Market place add for a truck of mattresses sale, going fast. The appointment was set up. Apparently it is only a show room and I had to wait for ***** business days to pick up my order. They have not called me to set up a time to pick up my two mattresses. They are not calling me back or e- mailing me with pickup time or date. May 22, 2023 I purchased two twin mattresses for $422. It is now July 18 and I still do not have my mattresses. I have been blowing up their phones for the last few weeks with no response. There are 2 emails between the recipe and business card. I have sent a message to both. Now I ask the help of the BBB in hopes Noone else gets ripped off.       I bought a queen sized mattress from Boxdrop in March of 2022. The mattress didn't even last 6 weeks. The mattress was defective. The right side of the mattress caved in. I made a complaint with *************************** He is part owner of the company. He told me to take pictures of it which I did and he sent them to the company where he got the mattress. Apparently there was many complaints from flaws about these mattresses. He filed a complaint with the company that manufacturers these mattresses and he got reimbursed for my mattress. He gave me $900 worth of store credit which now I haven't been able to use because I cannot get ahold of anyone. I have called a number of times and left messages with no avail. I also have left messages on messenger without any responses. So I just want my money back. But I cannot resolve this matter when they are ignoring me. I have consulted an attorney and probably going to move forward with small claims court if I cannot get this resolved.

      We purchased 2 mattresses (1 full size and 1 king size) at Box Drop Baraboo on Feb 10, 2023. *********************** proceeded to tell us that it could possibly take 25 - 30 business days for the full mattress to come in since he had to order it. He had the king size there at the store. We waited and waited. On March 16th, we reached out to ******************* via her email listed on the business card and asked what the status was and sent her a copy of the receipt, per her request. She said she would check the next time she went to the store and let us know. A week went by and nothing so we reached out again via a text to the store phone number, which is where they told us to text them. After many many texts that they wouldn't respond to, they finally told us that a truck was supposed to be coming in the week of March 27th. We heard nothing, again, so we texted April 6th, nothing, so we texted April 14th and they said a truck would be in the week of April 17th - nothing. Then they texted and said the truck was coming on the "next" truck and we thanked them for letting us know. NOTHING - they texted truck coming in the week of May 8th. NOTHING so we texted May 19th and told them we were ready to ask for a FULL refund - NOTHING from them. Texted them again May 26th and said we would be contacting ************************************ and we then wanted our FULL refund. Nothing from them! June 7th they texted & said mattresses were in when did we want to pick them up. (Funny since ************* had contacted them that same day.) We said we already bought another full size and we didn't want either of the mattresses - we wanted our refund. They refuse to refund us and the receipt says nothing about not giving out refunds.

      I have been in contact with the customer via text message with the phone number that has been on the receipt communicating with them that their items are in and ready for pick up. I will not be refunding them because their product is waiting for them. They need to coordinate a time to come pick up their **********************es so that we can be done with this situation. I was told from the customer to have a resolution by 15 June of which I have text messages showing that. Their ********************** was in before that deadline per the customer. They need to come pick up their product. It is waiting for them. I can refund the difference of the full ********************** but the king ********************** needs to be picked up.

      Attached please find the texts proving that we asked for our FULL refund on May 26th.  We did not ask them to give us a resolution by June 14th, we gave them until June 14th to refund our money.  We didn't get any response from them until June 7th - that text is attached also.  As stated before, we do not want any of the mattresses due to how everything happened and failure for them to be in contact with us.  We never want contact with them again AFTER we get our refund.  Please let us know what happens.

      I paid boxdrop baraboo $1,688 for a king size mattress and box spring that I never received. I wrote a check out to them on 4.24.22 and was told my mattress would be delivered in ***** business days. It is now almost 1 year later and I still do not have my mattress. I have tried to contact them on several dates such as June 4th, June 7th, Sept 1st, Nov 14th, Nov 29th, Dec 4th and Jan 4th asking for updates on my order and after 6 months of getting the run around from them saying they were waiting for their truck, etc I asked for a total refund. The owner ***** told me I could send an email stating I wanted a refund and it would be done. After another 6 months of trying to collect my refund, I still do not have a mattress or my refund. I contacted the Bureau of consumer protection to help get my refund. *********************, a consumer protection investigator has contact with the owners ***** and ******************************* regarding my situation. ********* stated in an email to ********************* that my refund check had been put in the mail on 1.13.23, but she was dishonest as it has yet to arrive. At this time I simply want my money back for a full refund of $1688. My refund check can be mailed to **************** in Baraboo, ** *****

      My wife and I purchased a couch from ***** at box drop on Dec. 8th 2022. We were told it would be delivered on the 17th of Dec The first excuse was bad weather and they texted it would be delivered on Mon. the 19th. The next excuse was the box truck was broke down. They texted and said they would deliver it on Wed the 21st. Then I get a text saying box truck is still down on Wed the 21st. Then on the 28th I get a message saying ***** is sick with covid . I am sick of the excuses was charged 150 for delivery that has not been done. And the finance company has been taking money for something I have not received. i think he should refund my delivery charge and deliver the couch imediately. if not he should be responsible to the finance company for the balance of the sofa he was paid for.And I do have a receipt for the sale

      10/10/22- I contacted this business in regards to an order my current ex girl friend and I had made when we were together. We broke up and is now decided that we no longer want the bed that was purchased. Once I told the owner of this location of that he advised me that he cannot cancel it because the bed is on the way. I asked where we were told we could not cancel it and sent me a photo that stated all sales are final. He then stated to me that he will raise the price that he gave us. Then proceeded to tell me that the receipt in hand is a legal binding contract. I assured him that he then broke that contract by stating he will raise the price of the product the was written on the receipt. He then stated via text that he will no longer speak to me due to me.not being on the reciept. As he already broke the rules of that contract I should be entitled to a refund of the deposit given to him that he is refusing to give back.

      But gives him the right to illegally tell me he can raise the price of the product from what is printed on the receipt itself and then put my personal information and bashing me on a comment on ******* Along with calling the cops for "threatening l" when the cop even told me things is a civil matter.

      Placed order 8/23/21 for a king ****** 7.0 mattress with box springs and frame. I paid $1800.00 and this was to include delivery. ****** started the bed would be in in ***** business days. I reached out the beginning of October and he started there were shipping delays. The end of November I reached out and he stated the bed was on back order. The beginning of December I reached out and he said he had put in an inquiry and never got back to me.

Receipt stamped ( all sales final). Have reached out number of times with the run around and they never call back just text.

      I have been following up with the costumer, Yes due to supply chain issues and that everything is either out of stock or on back order, we are trying to get merchandise in as soon as we can, 'This is something that we can not control and I have been completely in contact with the customer on this issue. I have also told the customer to reach out to us and we will answer any questions that we can.

      I have been in complete communication with the customer and they fully understand that these items are not easily available. Please look at what is going on right now with all the containers being backed up, Again this is completely out of my control and I am doing everything I can to get stuff in as soon as we can but I am just like the customer where I am waiting. Also keep in mind what the customer has paid for the items. 

      Last communication was on Friday Oct 15th @ 8:59am shows customer has read text.
