      I don't believe there's good sun protection. Just 2 yrs later, the canopy is full of holes from the sun. Very disappointing.

      Their boat captain ****** are poor quality. They are hot glued at seems . They do not take returns even though front page of website says easy returns. Very misleading. Dont buy anything from them.

      Bought two boat seats that were such bad quality I took pics. Finally they agreed to refund and sent us labels. Ups says received by Erickson but they are telling my Cc they didn’t receive them! Scam company. $500 I’m out now and they can just lie! Horrible and no way to contact them but email!

      Do Not Buy From Leader Accessories. After just 6 weeks, the front wheel clamp broke off the bike rack frame causing my ebike to crash onto a busy freeway! This was mfr. defect and not a customer assembled spot. Leader does not have a working phone number and their only response after numerous emails was to refer me to Amazon’s refund for the cost of rack. They do not respond to my request for restitution of my bike! Wish I had done research on this company before purchasing through Amazon but I mistakenly thought Amazon screened who they let sell on their web site! Definitely not the case. Leader Accessories deserves their F rating

      This business doesn't even deserve ONE star! I purchased a screenhouse/gazebo for my son and his family for Christmas. The cost was $199.00. Obviously, the item could not be set up or used until the summer months since we live in Ohio. The first time the screenhouse was used (with provided ground stakes and following manufacturer's directions) it was lifted out of the ground and ended up with several slits in it. My son anchored it to the ground with his own stakes. By the end of the first day there were minimally 5 tears in the ceiling and walls, the entrance zipper had broken and was unusable, and the carrying case was torn to shreds. I contacted the company. They asked that I send pictures. I sent detailed pictures to them. The next communication was about how sorry they were but the item was purchased 6 months ago and they could offer me 30% another one! What a joke! DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. Their products are junk and are not worth the money. I regret doing any business with Leader Accessories. I am now out $200 and my son does not have a screenhouse for his family when camping.

      If 0 Stars was an option I would choose that. Purchased a bike rack on Amazon that cam from these clowns about 1 week ago. Easy assembly, but the 2" trailer hitch was defective and have a "Bubble" that made it impossible to insert into hitch on the car. Simple enough...we will just call them and will send replacement part because it was defective. NOPE...same as many others already on here...."Voice Mail Box is Full" was the message I received. Sent email, sent Chat conversation that all we wanted was to have this small piece replaced.Terrible company that Amazon should not associate itself because of customer service is 0 outta 10.

      I ordered a chair For $89.99 on November 10, 2021 I received the order on November 16 when I got the order it was not what I ordered I ordered a black chair and they sent me a white one so I went to UPS to return it but they said I had to get in contact with the owner and get a labor to send it back so I text him and I told them what had happened so the company said sent us a picture of the label and what we sent you so I did they keep texting me back telling me that they haven’t gotten the pictures but I see where they draft them and then they keep saying we are sorry but please send us the pictures then they sent me a email saying we are sorry but could you please give us what you called it a survey but they were not talk about sending me a label and I told him I don’t have $89.99 to just give away I have no use for the chair and I would like to send it back and get what I ordered I either my money back I feel that this is a pole BusinessTo do something like this I wish you guys could really help me get my money back I either the correct chair.       This Company will not accept return of their faulty product right out of the box. I bought a replacement boat seat with a moving part that gets jammed up when trying to move it. It is either broken internally or just a crappy product. But they will not accept it back.

      I ordered a screened in tent to keep the mosquitoes and gnats out. I set it up to see how well it works and found a hole in it and the 2 zippers were so cheap that you could see through it. I could not find a phone number and checked the internet and it said that they don't have a phone number as they are a small company and don't have the staff. I emailed them and they offered me a $60 credit. I declined and said I want a refund and would like a return label. I heard nothing from them and I am now going through my credit card company. I would not do business with this company again.
