I scheduled a day for them to pump my septic. They never showed up or called. I waited till 6:30, then called and left a message. I waited till 10:00 the next morning, no call, so I called and was told they were coming today. Problems with the truck yesterday. (Would have been nice if someone had called). He showed up, never took the lid off, just opened the observation port pumped for 8 minutes and left. It was still over half full. We called for 3 days and always the same. I messaged my boss and he will be there today . No one ever showed up and we had to have another company come and pump it out. I bet most people dont check their tanks after being pumped, so this could be happening to others!! Customer ********************** is the worst and I would never recommend them.Review from Brenda C

Driver showed up 2 days early – good thing we were home to unlock tank and watch the services rendered. Pumped septic tank and gone within 20 minutes. Did not inspect the septic tank ! Did not clean/rinse off the filter ! Did not rinse down the walls of the tank ! Called the office to inform and told would contact boss and driver and call back. Did receive a call back stating driver informed her that all these things were completed. I stated how could he have rinsed down the walls of tank and rinsed off the filter when my hose was not pulled out or turned on. How could he have inspected the tank when he didn’t get down to look inside the tank. I stated I wanted someone back to complete the job that was paid for. Office stated would check with her boss and get back to me. Have not heard a word back nor did anyone show up to complete the job ! Would not recommend this Company to anyoneReview from Jason P

Hyler pumped out current 2000 gallon holding tank in Nov. 2022. Alarm starting going off 1 month after. Informed them of that and was given every excuse on why that would happen. Anything from running toilet (turn water off if not present) then it was all the rain..... Didn't think we received that much rain in Dec., Jan, Feb. After that I mentioned they might want to talk to their drivers about their work habits because if it was done to me, they might be doing this to others. The whole time feeling like the lady on the other side of the phone didn't care. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone, no matter the situation. Very bad experience. P.S. Had an expert inspect the holding tanks and was given the answer I thought from the beginning. The 2nd tank was never pumped!
