After participating in their ED *********** and an out of pocket cost of $1000 cash, and a financed $3500.00, the treatment provided did nothing to correct my issue. I have called, filled out their contact us form online, e-mailed the clinic directly, and sent letters. The last letter was returned as "No longer at this address, no forwarding address given. I've received NO response to any of my contact methods! I'm just looking for a cancellation of the debt owed to the finance company. I will accept the loss of the payments made to the clinic directly and to the finance company to just end my payments for this issue.

Park Lake Medical Clinics offers Acoustic Wave Therapy in pursuit of correcting **.

We offer advanced medical technology that uses pressurized sound waves to activate the body's natural process to repair and grow new blood vessels. Acoustic Wave Therapy is able to help a wide variety of patients that have had previous medical procedures or medical history. We recognize that no medical procedure has a 100% guarantee, including ours. We try to do everything within our power to work on correcting ** for patients seeking help like ******************. Unfortunately there are a small percentage of patients who don't see the desired results they are hoping for.

Although the most common contribution to someone's ** is blood flow issues. For some the process of neovascularization doesn't take place or other factors such as hormones(testosterone), physiological, and neurological can also play a factor even though blood flow/restrictions are the most common problem patients face.
We are committed to helping everyone seeking relief from **, and hope ****************** gives us the opportunity to continue working with him with some additional free treatments.

Park Lake Medical Clinic had a free trial for Erectile Disfunction. I went to it and was pressured sign a contract for the cost of $6000.00. I signed it and took the treatments. At the end of the treatments I told them that I wasn't cured. I cannot even get an erection, much less an ***********. I called to complain four weeks ago, and again 1 week ago, and was told that someone would get back to me to solve the problem. No one has called back. When, after the last treatment I said it still hadn't worked, the official at Lake Park basically said, "Too bad. We got your $6000. That's all we care about." And that's the truth. It's a scam, a rip-off.

Park Lake Medical Clinic offers a blood flow ultrasound to determine the severity of someone's erectile dysfunction and an examination from our medical professional to ensure we are able to treat new patients seeking help.

Park Lake conducted each of these services free of charge with ****************. Afterwards our clinical staff presented our offer which included the specific number of treatments recommended by our medical professional and the exact dollar amount it would take to perform them. Pine Lake does not require same day sign up for our services or require a patient to engage in our service after the consultation.

Instead **************** decided to move forward with the treatment and engage in the service. **************** gave us his form of payment and Park Lake executed the transaction in good faith and with ******************** consent.

**************** came in for treatment for multiple visits to work on correcting *** Park Lake offers a medical procedure. Unfortunately it does not have a 100% success rate. All of this information is given to patients verbally and there is clear verbiage in the documents presented to ****************. Although Park Lake has a very high success rate in providing relief for *** there are a small percentage of patients where the process of neovascularization happens in such minimum amounts that it does not produce noticeable change.

Park Lake is committed to correcting ** and are happy to continue helping ****************. Park Lake is happy to extend an offer for additional treatments at no charge to see if they may yield a better result.

I am a retired Army Sergeant. I've had prostate cancer twice. After being treated with radiation in 2008 for three months, I had a remission. I was diagnosed the second time in 2016. I'm being treated with hormones, and I have zero testosterone. Since the second treatment begin, I am totally impotent. In ***** of 2022, I heard a radio ad for Park Lake Medical Clinic that offered a FREE consultation for erectile dysfunction. I made an appointment for ***** 20,2022. When I arrived at their clinic, the male receptionist told me that no one would talk to me unless I put a credit card on file. I gave them my Pay Pal credit card number. After that, I spoke to someone I assumed was a doctor, I told him I had prostate cancer twice. He assured me that Park Lake Medical Clinics' therapy would still be able to help me. He demonstrated their treatment which is a mechanical rubbing (massage) of your genital area. I knew this would not help and I told him I wasn't interested. I thought this was the end, but on June 6, 2022 the clinic took $150 from my account. I immediately cancelled my account and I've had numerous arguments with the clinics' representatives. I filed a complaint with Park Lake Medical Clinic, number #********. They denied my complaint because they claim I signed a 14 page contract, and therefore I owe them $3,500. plus interest which is now over $3,700. I'm certain I did not sign this contract. This is not my signature. I spoke to my urology doctor at *********. He said "no way in hell" could this clinic do anything at all for my erectile dysfunction. With my history of disease and treatment for prostate cancer neither massage or anything else would help. He said that Park Lake Medical Clinic had not screened me properly. If they had reviewed my treatment history, they would not have claimed they could treat me. According to him, even if I signed the contract, I don't owe money for a procedure they knew or should have known was useless..

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is not satisfactory to me for the following reasons:  the person I spoke to told me that Park Lake Medical Clinic would drop their claim to collect $3,700 from me and would refund the $150 they took from me if I would drop the complaint. However they sent me in writing their offer to drop the collection efforts  and claim, but did not mention the fact they also agreed to refund the $150 they took from me without my permission. When I called him back, he told me I'd have to call someone else. The other person didn't answer the phone and now Park Lake Medical Clinic has not contacted me again at all.

I have very good reason not to trust Park Lake Medical Clinic. I recorded the ad Park Lake Medical Clinic made offering a free consultation. It is clear they are offering "clients"a free consultation, but the representative I spoke to told me doctors' get a free consultation. The ad is deceptive. Also I did not sign a 14 page contract. The clinic forged my signature. Further, the clinic knew or should have known that their treatment is not new and could not be of any use to someone who had been treated for prostrate cancer and impotence problems as result of the radiation for 14 years and had been totally impotent for 6 years by the time I went to Park Lake Medical Clinic . I don't believe that any licensed doctor would ever claim that their treatment is anything but useless for me. If Park Lake Medical Clinic wants me to drop the claim, they must agree in writing they will refund the $150 and they must follow through and refund it. I want a response to this answer.

If any licensed doctor or nurse working for Park Lake Medical Clinic claims their treatment would not be useless for me, I want their names and license number I will complain to the ********************** board. *******************

I did 12 treatments for $3,500 which were supposed to vastly improve blood flow to my p**** My initial ultrasound exam indicated poor flow. After several treatments, I asked about having another ultrasound to compare to the original. I was told on more than one occasion it would be done next time. After I persisted for several weeks, I was eventually told, No, we dont do that. After the final (12th of 12) treatment, I indicated very poor results. They responded by suggesting 6 more treatments at $100 each.
