TRS Recovery Services manager's and customer service's *** are very rude and disrespectful: I'm so tired of talking to companies that people do not appreciate their jobs. If you are not happy with your job/company, please don't take it out on the customers: I received a call from *** and they didn't leave no voicemail or anything, I called back to found out the nature of the call and the customer ******************** *** told me to annoy the called it was a mistake. I tried to explain why I thought they were calling, he simply told me to annoy and that's when I asked for a manager: The manager gets on the phone and act like he didn't want to do his job, nor did he know how to talk to me. All I was simply doing explaining my end of the story: Call was never resolved, it's really sad that you have to go to this length in order to help. People that's in customer service needs to be trained more on how to talk to customers;TRS Recovery Services, Inc.

I have been recently contacted by mail from TRS Recovery Services, Inc. regarding purchasesI I never made. I checked my bank account and the money this company is saying I owe them is not correct. I never made these purchases. This company is fake and fraudulent! TRS Recovery Services asks for my drivers license number on their form. What does my drivers license have to do with resolving a debt???? I strongly feel that this is a fake business which is attempting to get personal information from individuals such as myself.TRS Recovery Services, Inc.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I received a notification that my products I ordered on Amazon were canceled and that my account is frozen due to TRS is contacted for something. There was no reason given further. I called but was skeptical. The first 2 ladies I spoke to stated I needed my phone number as well as my email address to find whatever account they had in their system yet they could not find anything so they transferred me to another company and they hung up on me before answering. The next lady stated she needed my social security number and my routing/account number in order to find my account and when I denied she stated "I was not willing to work with her to resolve the issue". Why would the first 2 only need a phone number and email but this person needs my SSI and banking info? After not being able to find my account she sent me to the "other company" again and they hung up yet again. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. SKETCHY BUSINESS PRACTICESTRS Recovery Services, Inc.

TRS is the absolute worst! I'm extremely disappointed with ****** for using this company at all. (Why didn't ****** reach out to me in the first place if they thought there was a problem?)First I got emails from TRS referencing an ****** account number that I don't even have - turns out it was part of one of my checking account numbers, not an ****** account number at all. And these TRS emails were so amateurish and suspicious, I assumed it was a phishing scam and deleted them. Nothing about them looked authentic or professional.I only took notice when I got a letter in the mail from them, to which I immediately responded with multiple phone calls. The quality of their phone service was so poor, I couldn't even understand what they were saying. I kept asking them to call me back from a "real" phone with a good connection, but all of the callbacks had the same issue.I finally filed a dispute on their website, to which I got no response at all - not even a simple acknowledgment that they received it. That was several weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything from them. And there's no way online to check the status either.I'm so tired of wasting my time trying to resolve an issue that should never have come up in the first place and while TRS is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with, I blame ****** for sending this to them in the first place. When I was finally able to get a person on the phone at ******, their response was "oh yeah, we send things to TRS so now it's out of our hands".Very disappointing; my hope is that enough complaints will put TRS out of business and wake up ******.TRS Recovery Services, Inc.

account and the multiple phones calls that you made to TRS.
TRS regrets any inconvenience you may have experienced in your attempts to reach us and that TRS certainly understand and
apologize for any frustration in our attempt to collect the above-referenced items, our communication to you was not a scam,
but rather the result of an items that Amazon assigned to us for collection after they notified us the payments returned from the
bank on a closed account. We thank you for bringing this to our attention. Be assured that we will continue to review our
processes in an effort to improve consumer satisfaction and ease of service.
For background, when a consumer sets their account with Amazon it can be tied to a checking account1
as a form of payment.
Transactions are electronically processed like a check even though no check is actually involved. When the checking account is
selected as a form of payment it is applied to the transaction, which can directly be with Amazon or with one of its associated
vendors.
We contacted Amazon to verify the transactions and the shipment of the products. Amazon confirmed the orders and shipping
information. We have enclosed a copy of the receipts and shipment details provided by Amazon for your review. Please call
Amazon if you have concerns or further questions at ************.
After reviewing this information TRS has waived three of the return check service fees of $25.00 for each item as a onetime
courtesy, leaving one service fee owed.
Again, as these were not traditional checks which were used but rather processed as electronic checks. These documents reflect
the purchase and sale of the items. Accordingly, our records indicate the following debts:

Same story as many others. TRS has been harassing me with letters for 2 months for a charge that was paid and posted on both my ***** ***** checking account and my ****** account. Took me an hour to file a dispute and still not sure if I will get this solved. They should offer the ability to verify the dept over the phone with a real human before people are being made to waste time disputing things that are false.TRS Recovery Services, Inc.
