Hello, I am requesting the remainder of my bonus referral money that I was promised by my salesman which is ****** dollars. My salesman texted me and told me it was going to get mailed out on 6/21/22. I also contacted the office on this issue and I have not got any response. This issue has been resolved with our customer and check was mailed. *****, we are pleased that you are happy with our services and are willing to refer us to your friends and neighbors! It is not normal practice for Hucke Exteriors to pay referral bonuses to our customers, but since it was an agreement made between you and our salesperson, we have certainly honored it.We apologize for the delay as we worked out the best way to refund you. I had a roof replaced in October 25,2021 and paid in full. I called the company several times. I haven't received my receipt I paid in full. Every time I call HEI they say we'll email the receipt and still not received. I paid over eight thousand in full. I have a right to a receipt paid in full.Thank youBusiness response

We have contacted this customer and discussed the process of our invoicing. This complaint was actually received by Hucke Exteriors after we had sent her the invoice she had requested. We apologized for the delay, assured her that the account is considered paid in full, and emailed yet another invoice stating so.Customer response
