James Imaging is in breach of contract and continues to bill us for services past our contractual obligation. Our last payment was supposed to be on July 15th, 2024 which was debited from our account. However, they just sent us a bill for August. We have followed every requirement and they continue to treat us with complete disregard of our signed agreement. I started this process in December of 2023 and returned their equipment in February.

Dear BBB:  Please let me know if our reply (in red) above to NCFWI disputes is clear or if you have questions, I will be happy to assist. James Imaging Systems holds high regard to our BBB ratings and feels these are serious fictitious accusations and our request is this complaint be removed by the BBB.
The Lease Term is 63 mo. and 63 of 63 payments received and lease was closed out upon receipt of equipment.
Important to know that since commencement of this lease as requested by NCFWI, payments are auto pulled monthly by ACH from NCFWI bank and that of course did not happen for this August ******* ******** dated/printed 7/22.  If *********************** had a question on the 64th invoice ******** dated 7/22, he should have placed a call to JIS or GAL ******* services which would eliminate this unnecessary time for all.
