When the updated their system the said they had a fraudulent charge for a magazine subscription on my debit card. I work at a hospital ************************************************************************************ as I have patients.So on a day off I went shopping only to discover my card was cancelled. No notice just cancelled. They said someone tried to call. NO MESSAGE.On the 12th they said they would put in for a replacement. I have to pay 35 for something that was working fine that they cancelled without telling me. I will not be penalized for something that is not my fault. The message the sent me is attached.Now it is the 28th NO ***** CARD, BILLS TIED TO THE ***** CARD ARE DUE!!!!! I AM GETTING LATE FEES AND THINGS TURNED OFF. I WILL NOT PAY FOR SOMETHING I SHOULD NOT BE GOUNG THROUGH I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER SINCE THE 80s and this is how they treat people?????Business response

Hello,
Our fraud department noticed a transaction that fit a fraud profile. Once this happens there are multiple attempts made to contact the cardholder, if no contact is made we are left with no choice but to close the card to protect your funds. If your contact information is up to date, you will receive email, phone and text attempts. It would probably be a good idea to contact us and make sure all contact information is up to date ************. As it turned out you confirmed the transaction in question was not done by you and no other fraudulent transactions were able to post, the process did work as it should.
The card was ordered on 4/12/2022 and has an expected delivery date of 4/29/2022. We have no control over the extra time the mail has been taking lately. We do apologize for any inconvenience and did waive any and all fees. Since your old card will not function any longer any payments you had set up will need to be updated.
Unfortunately fraud is a daily occurrence and we have gone to great lengths to protect our members funds. Although we can protect funds as best we can, there is no way to stop the bad guys from being an inconvenience.
