Date of transaction 6/27/22 quote for services - total of $1467.00 paid as a deposit for work to be completed on 8/1/22. Balnace due of $1466.00 due on completion.Work was started on 8/1/22 completed on 8/2/22. I am not disputing the work performed I am sending this complaint based on the conduct of the employees that were on my property during the work. I will be willing to provide video/audio of the conduct should you request. The employee ****** informed me that he had emptied a bottle filled with urine on my propperty, behind my garage when he arrive on site. I was taken aback that he would willingly devulge that information. During the course of the day of the employees working ****** then proceeded to inspect and lift covers on two vehicles next to my garage. On Tuesday the 2nd ************************* contacted me via text to process final payment. I asked if we could discuss my concerns of his employee before the final payment was run. He call me and we discussed. in the course of the conversation when asked of me what was fair, agreeing that there was misconduct of a person in his employ, I stated that I felt what I had paid him was fair and forego the remaining payment, his response was he would immediately put a lien on my property, I was again taken aback as I thought we were discussing the resonable offer of restitution and offered no counter immediately. the discussion continued and ******************* then offered a discount of $500.00, thinking we were still having a discussion I countered again at $700.00 at which time ******************* stated he would sleep on that and get back to me. no further communication until today stating that my full final payment was due and again the Lien placed on my property. I asked what happened to sleeping on the discount offer and he claimed I rejected that and full payment in now due. and no discount is offered, because I stated I would be reviewing his company to inform future clients of the conduct that occured on my property.
