Absolutely horrible. This company was doing tree trimming near one of my properties I work on. They were asked multiple times to please move there truck so I could get out of the driveway. The extremely rude worker said youll be fine you can fit around it. After showing him I could not fit he moved his truck at max * inches and refused to move anymore. He continued to sit in his truck and laugh as I tried to back out. Causing his truck hitch to scrape my car and reveal bare metal. Had he moved forward enough after I asked multiple times none of this would have happened. After this whole incident he claimed I never hit his truck. According to him I hit a non existent rock. I contacted the office who provided me with the owners phone number. After calling the owner to attempt to resolve this I was laughed at and told hes been in business too long to do anything about it. The owner is absolutely disgusting and greedy. As a business owner myself this is absolutely absurd.

First, we are very sorry that the complainant damaged her car and glad sheis ok. However, from our point of view she damaged her car in a very differentmanner than described by her grandson.

We were working for the condo association to remove trees. We were parked insuch a manner to block drivers from entering the area for safety reasons. She drove around the truck on to the grass, almost hitting a sprinkler, andentered the driveway where we were located.  Before she arrived, we hadalready occupied the space between the two buildings. Our worker had parked thechip truck and chipper in the middle of the apartments splitting two largeparking spaces. He had also left a large working area behind the chipper.

When she left the condo, she asked our employee to move his truck.  Hebacked up the truck she claimed to have hit approximately 6 ft, so that thechipper was off of the slab. The truck itself was touching the arborvitaeslining the parking area. This gave her a gap of approximately 10 to 12 ft wideto pass through. She did not ask to move it a second time.
She backed up across the width of the driveway and ran over a ****. She thenproceeded to do a 7-point turn directly in front of our vehicle. While backingup and turning her car, she struck a large landscaping stone that lay just offthe driveway that damaged her car. The rocks are large enough to be seen in thesatellite image.

She left and then returned a few hours later and talked to our *******. Shesaid that she had hit the rock because she didn't have enough room in heropinion. She said she wanted to have our insurance information to pay for thedamage.  When asked if she hit the truck, she said no, that she had hitthe rock.  It was at this time that she took pictures of our vehicles eventhough they were not in the driveway where she had hit the rock. Our foremanthen took the pictures of the rock and the tire tracks in the grass by therock.
Our employee had seen her hit the rock.  Our ******* had not seenit.  Both of them would have helped her if she had asked. If she felt thatwe had damaged her vehicle, we would have appreciated a police report.
      We have attached the pictures.
