      see attached

*********************** is not a customer of ********************.  ****** wife ****** was employed by Ortho Smiles for a total of 686 hours, ending on April 25th, 2022.  On 3/31/2022 *************************** was  reimbursed $500 cash (which staff can attest to) for $369 in items she purchased, but did not provide receipts for.  That's an over-reimbursed of $131 per ******** own alleged cost.    Ortho Smiles requires receipts for reimbursement for tax purposes, but even assuming the cost/expenses claimed are accurate, the $131 overpayment still easily covers the $34.47 Menards receipt that was submitted.on 4/15/2022.  Also of note is the fact that at the time of the $500 reimbursement for clothes that ****** purchased on her own without authorization, she stated that she didn't want to be reimbursed.  Now the Grohalls are filing a complaint for only being over-reimbursed by $98 (and only providing $34.47 worth of receipts).  Text screenshot attached.  At the end of March ****** also received a bonus of $2585.34 that she did more to sabotage than she did to earn.  **** stored his motorcycle for free in the clinic's heated garage.

Per the attached email screenshot, ****** and **** agreed to reimburse Ortho Smiles for the $170 cost of their CPR training, and they have not done that.

**** was paid for all hours submitted through the day ****** was fired (4/25/2022), which was after payroll was submitted that day (and no work was done after that).  The only item **** could have repaired is a delivery unit which he still has.  The delivery unit is valued at $640.49.  **** was paid $132 for **** hours he clocked in for on 11/4/2021, and the sterilizer he repaired does not work and was not successfully used a single time after the repair.

According to the **************** own numbers, they still owe Ortho Smiles over $250 for CPR reimbursement and other over-reimbursement ($85, $85, $91),  plus the return of a $640 delivery unit which a staff member has offered to pick up (a staff member that is the fiancee of ******** brother).  ****** was fired for lying about patients, staff, herself, and Ortho Smiles.  Her penchant for lies is well documented by Ortho Smiles management.   ****** also made a habit of giving out gift cards to patients (without asking) when she made mistakes.
