            Sept 19th 2022 roof we paid $14000 1- used damaged shingles 2- did not install the chimney flashing right 3- roof is heaving and some of the plywood was not replaced March 2023 siding 1- exposed wood where the siding starter should cover it. When we asked them to come back and fix it, they told us they will fix it but we have to pay for it.other issues where siding is broken exposed areas not caulked ,front door arch installed in bad shape 2- After asking them to come back to rework it, their legal team asked us to sign paper stripping us our legal rights 3- Their legal team send us settlement to sign. in the settlement. we can not question their work, no warranty for the work. when they say the rework is done, it is done period. we felt that their legal team was threatening us.4- They do not answer our emails any more our house is exposed to water damage
