I have tried to make contact to fix.I have a house that was re-sheeted, re-roofed and guttered by (Midwest Home Exteriors 2024). It appears the sheeting was done in a way that pitches the 1st floor towards the house. As if a different OSB thickness (shims?) was or should have been applied. It is noticeable from the road. This is the reason why the gutters are unable to be pitched correctly In my laymans eye.The eves (think I have the correct term) were to be fixed. That was not completed. There is now a bird living/nested in the attic. Bat mitigation was done earlier, which well hope the birds are keeping those out.***** ISSUE: The roof job has made a river in my basement. Washing away the stone foundation support. ***IT IS REALLY BAD!*** I climbed up there today and cleaned the gutters to make sure that it was the pitch and well it is. Not exactually sure how to proceed, I NEED ASSISTANCE. My fears are that with the river, mud (Soil) displacement, and likely foundation loss basement reconstruction might be necessary?! Illustrated in the video that there is quite a bit of material gone from the house where the paint was reapplied. The soil has dropped approximately 3, is there a sinkhole forming!?!? I guess review the images and video and get back to me in an ASAP manner. Gmail folder here - ************************************************************************************ I have been making the $400+ a month payment and will be for like the next 10 years. I just need to get the new damages fixed and the roof corrected.PLEASE HELP ME!*********************

Midwest Home Exteriors installed the siding on my home and in the past ***** months we have run into all kinds of issues with the siding warping (likely due to poor installation), melting, and even physically coming off of the house. Two or three representatives have come out to my house, including ***** the owner in April of 2022 to look at the issues and take pictures, yet here we sit in June of 2023 and there still has been no action taken to correct the issues and no communication from the company on what will be done to fix the issues or a timeline of when it will take place. I have called the company dozens of times and every time I am told they will get back to me or provide me an update soon but there is never any additional communication until I call back again. Their website boasts that they warranty product and installation over the lifetime of the home with full transferability, so I am hoping to have these siding issues corrected either with repair (if possible) or replacement. Photos of the warped and melted siding are attached. I dont think asking a company to honor their warranty is too much to ask. The lack of communication has been extremely frustrating.

      Good morning *****!

A quick update on this - a crew from Midwest Home Exteriors came out yesterday and made most of the repairs image0.jpegimage1.jpegthat were requested!

They did miss a few spots and left all of their scrap laying in the driveway (photos attached) so Im waiting on an answer as to when those things will be taken care of but hopefully that will be soon so we can get this one closed out.

      Thanks for all your help!

      Thank you,
      *****
