      I took the real estate pre license course with **********************. I finished both courses and only had to take the exam. I took the fundamentals exam and passed. I was scheduled to take the real estate practice exam online on Wednesday September 28th at 7pm. I showed up on time. The ******* went through all of my information but each time they tried to take me to the exam, it would not work. It said that I had already taken the exam on Monday September 26th at 7am for 49 seconds and did not answer a single question. It was obviously an error, since the only way to take the exam is to have it proctored either online or in person, and I did neither of those until I attempted to take it on the 28th. Five different proctors tried to help me and none of them could resolve it. I tried to call Mbition while this was happening but it was after hours and they were closed.I contacted Mbition and asked what I could do. The course expired September 30th. There were no other times to take the exam again, so there was nothing that could be done. Since it was to no of fault of my own that the exam could not be completed, I asked for a refund. They denied me a refund. I then asked for the supervisors information. I contacted her several times both via email and by phone and it was not until I called the ** shop, that she finally contacted me back via email. ******* denied me a refund. I then asked if I could get some type of certificate showing that I at least completed the course material that was required so that I could take the state exam elsewhere. That question was completely ignored, even though I asked multiple times. Now she is just entirely ignoring my emails and calls (they are going straight to voicemail every time I call her direct line). All I want is my money back, since I could not complete the course I worked so hard on due to a glitch stating I took the exam when I had not done so. I can't get a refund of my time, but I can at the very least get a refund of my money.

      This course has been retired and no completions are approved for credit after 9/30. Messaging was sent to you beginning in May about this deadline.  However, I am happy to offer enrollment in the new course through our parent company, The ** Shop, free of charge.  Please let me know if you would like this option and I'm happy to email you the information. 

      Unfortunately, with the 9/30 deadline, came more student calls. I apologize for the longer waiting periods for our team to get back to you and resolve this issue. It is my understanding that you were offered a $50 refund at that time.

      I was recommended this course by a good friend of mine. To start off my expectations were high. While taking the course, the information was repetitive and there were several times where the course would mention something and say it would Described later and it was never actually described. I unfortunately had to take the test a second time which was no big deal. When it came to scheduling my test again I had no issues. It all began when I emailed the school to see if there was anyway to review my test and review what I had gotten wrong. I was told the test is the EXACT same and they could offer me an exam assessment. I took the assessment (which got back to me the day of the test leaving little time to study and they told me Id be better off using ******** I go to retake the exam feeling more confident because it was supposed to be the same. Turns out the test wasnt the same. It used words and asked questions I havent even seen in the course. I called the school to issue a complaint and they told me that the test is not the same. I filed a complaint with the school and was told Id hear back the next day. When I didnt receive and answer I called and they said it would be that following Monday. After fighting for two weeks they said they would give me another chance. There was no sorry or anything from the school. Their employees are all over the place and it has made my experience more stressful. At this point they should have let me pass. Ive been trying to contact them and get answers. I emailed them on 3/9/21 and still have not gotten a response. For anyone looking to get this course do not do it. It is a waste of time and money. Do your research because there are better companies out there. Especially ones that let you take the exam multiple times until you pass without the stress of having to retake the entire course if you fail.

      I bought a online real estate program "Mbition" to obtain my real estate license. Cost was about $550.00. It consist of modules that are suppose to take you about ***** hours each. This is not possible if you are reading every page. It would be much longer if you did. I purchased this in April of 2021. Once I started I took my first test a few months later and passed, but barely. Most of the material that was in module 1 was not on the test. So I called and made a complaint with Mbition to voice my concerns. A representative told me that the questions would not be exactly the same, to which I explained I understood that, but my problem is I'd never seen most of the material in the module I was working on. So I move on to the the next module which was Principles of Real Estate 2. So again, I study even harder making high 90's and even 100's on their practice exams only to fail it twice. I called to make the same complaint. So now for me to move on I have to start the whole course over and pay extra. When I bought the program I bought the "exam preps" which cost extra and also give enough information to guarantee you to pass the test. Now when I log in my course is gone. This program does not help you pass the ***** Real Estate Exam. Do not waste your money or time.

      Mbition Learn Real Estate students have a 60% pass rate on the Salesperson licensing exam and a 100% pass rate on the broker exam.  These pass rates indicate that Mbition is in good standing and students are adequately prepared to pass the licensing exam once completing/passing our courses.  We hope youll have this experience as well!


      The questions on our end-of-course exams are not identical to the quiz questions throughout the course but will test a mastery of the topic and its applicability.  If you do not pass an exam, our instructors are happy to complete a personalized exam assessment to help in your studying.  In addition, we provide curriculum and exams that have been reviewed/approved by the ***** Real Estate Commission and deliver the exam in accordance with the Commissions rules.


      My records indicate that one of our licensed real estate agents and instructor sent you exam assessments recently.  I hope this helps!
      In addition, I see that you completed all your course work for each course you purchased through Mbition and are just waiting/working on the final exams. Great job! 


      Although you have requested a refund, our school has provided you with the necessary education to complete for your license and each of these courses have progress on them (been used).  At this time, the request for a refund falls outside of our refund policy. However, our schools instructors and staff are available to assist you in your self-paced courses, as needed.       I purchased the program on 9/1/21. I was told by *********************** that the program cost $2695.00 and if for any reason I could not take the program, there was a $595.00 non-refundable fee and I would be refunded $2100.00. Unfortunately so problems arouse and I am not going to be able to take the program. My wife called him on 12/3/21. *********************** said he refunded the $2100.00 back on my **** and it would go through the home office on 12/8/21 then the credit should appear on my **** on 12/10/21. My wife called the credit card company on 12/15/21, no credit was applied from American Home Inspectors/Mbidion. My wife called *********************** on 12/16/21 he said he processed the refund and we needed to call the home office **************. My wife called *** and spoke to her she said we needed to call *********************** ************. She told her we already had, he said he processed the refund on 12/3/21 and it should have been completed by the home office on 12/8/21. She said she would log it in the computer and it should be resolved my 12/17/21 and we should get a phone call by the end of the day. 12/17/21 called the credit card company. There is no credit, called *** at the home office and she said there is nothing else she can do. Please help us! Attached is a copy of our credit card payment and written documentation of the conversation when my wife spoke to *********************** on 12/3/21 to find out if we could get a refund. She also spoke to him in person on the phone 12/3/21 and I am a witness to that event. Thank you so much for your help with this matter! Sincerely, ***********************

      I purchased an online education course from Mbition Real Estate about 11 months ago, when I paid for the class they never disclosed that it had complete all levels within a time frame. Now I dont have access to the material anymore and they are trying to charge more money if I want to finish what I started. I would like to file a complaint and if possible get my money back.

      My records indicate that you purchased you course on 8/29/2020.Courses must be completed within 180 days (6 months) of purchase. If you are not able to do this, extensions may be purchased if you are eligible.


      Please reference Mbitions School Policies on Course Expirations and Extensions:
      All course lessons must be completed within 180 days (6 months) from the date of enrollment. Course access will expire at midnight on the 180th day after enrollment.
      If you are unable to complete your course within the initial 180 days then, if eligible[1], you may request a maximum of three 60-day extensions thereafter, each extension at a cost of $50. Students must contact Mbition within 30 days of expiration to obtain an extension. Access to the course after 30 days from initial expiration requires re-enrollment. A discounted fee of 50% of the original purchase price will be charged.
      The maximum time to complete a course, including any eligible extensions and completion of the final exam, is 12 months (180 days + purchase of three 60-dayextensions). The 60-day extension period begins from the date your course originally expires. It is your responsibility to contact Mbition Learn Real Estate to request an extension. It is recommended you purchase the extension immediately after the course has expired in order to be able to have the full 60 days of the extension. Access to a course after the extension period(s)requires re-enrollment[2]. A discounted re-enrollment fee of 50% of the original purchase price will be charged.
      [1] If you are not eligible for an extension due to regulatory requirements, then you will be eligible to re-purchase the course with a discounted re-enrollment fee at 50% of the original purchase price.

      To assist you with your progress, Mbition has processed an additional extension on each of your courses that will expire on 12/31/2021.  This course will not be offered beyond that date; all coursework must be completed by that time. I hope this helps you finish up your coursework on your path to be an Appraiser.
