My initial interaction with ***** from Southeast Appliance repair seemed like he was a good repairman, but Ive since learned hes an absolute thief! We were connected to this company through American Home Shield, and ***** indicated the job was finished and was paid, but he never fixed my dishwasher! Its been a nightmare because he came initially, so American Home Shield wont assign another tech and has had terrible communication all around! ***** wont reply to texts or phone calls, from me or the insurance company! Its been 5 months of back and forth and my dishwasher hasnt been fixed. It so sad that repair people are taking advantage of these programs and the normal homeowners suffer as a result! Its also sad that American Home Shield isnt more proactive in resolving these issues! Here is the contact number for the contractor *****************!i

Purchased a home that included a home warranty with *****************. About a week after we moved in the Microwave stopped working showing a error code on the display panel. Unplugged the Microwave and stopped using it. About two weeks later (now over three weeks in the new house) the dishwasher started leaking and stopped using the dishwasher. I put a claim in with ***************** and sent them $100. HSA advised that Southeast Appliance Repair would be reaching out. Several days past and never heard from them, I tried calling but not returning my calls. Finally had HSA call them and the owner showed up. While at my house diagnosing the issues the owner stated that he was going to recommend to HSA to replacement of the microwave as for the dishwasher he stated not to use as there was a leak on the motor. he stated that he was going to submit the report and it would take 24 hours. Couple days past and I called HSA asking what the statues was. HSA told me that it was not covered because the owner of Southeast Appliance stated that it was a Pre-excising issue, but they were not able to explain what that meant(very hard time understanding the representative at HSA as I think the call center not is based in the US) and that I should reach out to Southeast Appliance to get an explanation. Tried calling the owner of Southeast Appliance for 10 days straight, left messaged, never return my calls. I called HSA back and told them I was having no luck reaching Southeast Appliance, they called him while on hold and he answered and told them that if I called he will answer. I called him, he answered and stated I told him the dishwasher and microwave were not working when we moved in. I NEVER TOLD HIM THAT, COMPLETE LIE!! I explained to him that weeks after we moved in the unites stopped working. I have a home inspection report that shows both the microwave and the dishwasher where in proper working conditions. Because of his LIES I'm out $100, microwave and dishwasher.
