            I co-signed an apartment for my daughter, my daughter landlord had extreme rules. They mutually decided to end lease. There were a few damages, hole in wood door, and such. I recognize they needed to be paid for. The landlord kept 690 security deposit then 9 weeks after they moved out notified me an additional **** was due. I did after multiple attempts get 6 pictures of damage. No itemized damage statement or work receipts. He did say it cost 900 to clean but included only a pic of a dirty fridge. I have expressed shock the damages were so much and have told him they are inflated. He threatens to *** anf threatens me by email and phone. I have paid 300 more. I dont want court but, I cannot pay 300 monthly he wants. I am also tired of the calls, emails. There is no way the damages hit **** but I did try to pay and resolve. I cannot resolve obviously. I cannot handle the harassment anymore either

            The property manager, and landlord, *********************, will do very little in writing. He will want a phone number and will do all his negotiations and talks via anything that his not recorded. He has a very bad reputation in the area for his bad temper, shady business tactics trying to rent out commercial property as residential, and will not do any maintenance. He will blame the tenants, and I have heard this from most of his tenants. Then they will have to pay out of pocket. If any appliances that come with the house go down, they will argue if its something that is "a luxury" to have, such as a dishwasher. They will not replace that or fix it. They won't replace, or fix the washer/dryer. You will have to do any water and sewage maintenance/fixes yourself as well. They can't talk professional, they yell. Any notes they leave are done in threatening manners with all caps followed by !!!!!. And they threaten a lot. Most everyone who has worked for him quits.
