Prior to the beginning of October 2021 I had got an estimate from ***** at Elite Autobody for some repairs from a fender ******. When ***** came outside to view the damages on the vehicle he had informed me it will be $2000 for him to order the parts and repair the front for my car. During that first week of October I called him to let him know what day I was bringing the car to him. During this time he had my car It took a month for my parts to get shipped to his shop and after 3 weeks of waiting he let me know they were in ******* and he will drive there to pick them **. In the beginning of November he had the parts at the shop and said that the car will be ready by the end of the week but while he was working on it he notice the frame was bent above the wheel and said he had to pull it up 4-5 inches before pulling the frame out so the hood can sit properly and align with the rest of the car. Today is 12/04/21 and yesterday he had sent me a picture showing me he finally got the car aligned and if he knew it was going to be this much work he wouldve charged me more, earlier this week I had contacted him and asked him if the car was going to be ready Friday 12/03/21 he said yes all he had to do was paint. Friday I called him at 3pm cause I havent heard anything and he said it will be done he was waiting for the paint to dry. Today 12/04/21 I called him at noon he said he just woke up and was headed to the shop and by 3pm I texted him saying I had enough Im coming for me car by the time I got there the car wasnt put back together and the paint wasnt fully done. ***** told me to call him back in 2 hours to get a update I called him at 5pm for him to say he will have it done today and will call me by 7pm I texted him saying this is it I need my car and come to find out he blocked me I called his girlfriend she never answered and I proceeded to drive to the shop to see no one is there. I paid him in full and Im fed up with this Non sense
