Buyer beware! We had our sewer lines repaired by Sewer Ninjas which left us with a huge mess. Our entire lower level was left covered in dust/debris and they DO NOT warranty their cement work. Within a few months, the cement they installed cracked and started seeping water into our basement keeping us from finishing the space. They did not offer a solution and when we finally found a solution ourselves to seal the floor they would do NOTHING to offset the cost of fixing their work. We were told numerous times they would take care of it but over a year later they refused to do ANYTHING to help get the issue resolved! We spent thousands of dollars to have the sewer work done and ended up very dissatisfied!!

****,Sewer Ninjas is sorry you feel this way. For clarification; Sewer Ninjas did not install a liner in your sewer lateral. Your sewer lateral was in very good condition as of 12/2021. Sewer Ninjas did not do any work on your property in December of 2021. The only service provided was a video scope of your building drain lines and identifying the location of them under your basement floor. We can not warranty code compliant work that was done by other companies. We do provide an exceptional warranty on all of our liners and the installation process.
