I bought a 7/16" Drill Bit from this company on March 13, 2023. The bit in the picture shows a reduced shank bit. The one I received is a straight shank, which will not fit in my drill. I sent the company an email on March 21, 2023. I received the read receipt but I have heard nothing from the company about a resolution. I feel that I should have heard from the company by now. I checked my Spam folder to see if I received a reply from the company and I did not. There was a computer generated "how did I like my 7/16" drill bit" in the file on April 12, 2023. I checked it and saw that it was only a way to place a comment on their web page.Business response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The company did not tell me how to return the incorrect product. I assume they do not want it back. I still do not have the bit that I need, but I feel I can get it from another source. I hope the company edits the picture on it's webpage so that other customers do not purchase the incorrect bit as I did. Generally I have have a good relationship with this company. The quality of their products is excellent. I do not understand their lack of response to my e-mails.
