            Oct. 2020,hired ***** ********************** to reseal a camper roof for $1,500 due to a leak.***** determined leak would be resolved if resealed roof with a product he could guarantee.We're still having same leak,the product isnt adhering to roof,and is peeling up everywhere.It was sloppy(ran down camper sides,all over slide-out seals).We hired another repair company for unrelated work and had them inspect Jareds work.They said theyd never seen a product like it,& it looked like a thin layer of paint was applied. We contacted ****** He acknowledged receiving a bad batch of product and was happening to others.He agreed to come out, scrape off old stuff, and reapply new.He agreed to wait until the other company was done with their repairs first.He came out and said he couldnt do anything because of other repairs.Other repairs only sealed up an inch or so around edge of roof and doesnt change the fact we still still have faulty product not adhering to rest of camper. He's refused to fix or refund

            After misdiagnosing my slide out problem in my Class A, after relaying that I had seen a ******* video that suggested a completely different solution) saying that the slide out motor was bad, I was told that if I order the motor myself there would be no "up charge". I ordered the motor ($600) and at the end of the installation ordeal (and $300 in service charges), the problem still remained. I took the rv to ********************* in Menominee and they found the problem to be exactly what the ******* suggestion identified, a bad acme nut).I now have a "spare" slide out motor that I don't need and I'm out $900.I can't really find out anything good about this experience.
