      I was told they would reimburse me for return shipping as I cancelled the order. I paid extra for 2 day shipping to receive the item, but did not receive 2 day delivery. The cost of shipping to return was $29.12 but I was only reimbursed $6 and change.I simply want a full reimbursement for the return shipping, as they promised.

      ******************** purchased from us through our website, on Sunday, Jan. 14th with item cost of $101.65 + $18.50 *** 2 day shipping, totaling $120.15, but ***  was closed on Monday since it was **************************** Day.  The item was shipped on Tues, Jan 16th.  He called complaining that he will not receive it on time so he wanted a refund.  We explained, that is fine but his *** 2 day shipping could not be refunded but we will refund him for the item when we receive it back.  We also had a *** label emailed to him to use for returning at our cost.  A couple days later he said he did not receive the label so we said to ********* it back and we will refund his shipping.  The item was $101.65 and we refunded him $108.40.  He called angrily saying he paid $29.12 for shipping, and wanted that much returned.  That cost was a lot more then the 2 day so I'm not sure what would have costed him that much by Fed Ex.  When explaining what we refunded him, he got upset and hung up so we weren't able to satisfy him.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      [Please type your response here.]    I have the receipt for the return shipping cost, which I attached with my original complaint to the BBB.  The amount reimbursed was not $29.12   If they did not intend to reimburse me for the shipping they should have stated so.

      I had not received a copy of his shipping receipt and due to the fact it was so expensive, more than the 2 day shipping, we had refunded the lesser that I saw on the envelope.  I will refund the difference of the shipping to the customer today of $22.37.  I could not relay this to the customer for a conclusion earlier because he just hung up on me.
