I purchase a 2005 530i *** from Pauls Auto Service and Sales 06/22/2021. Before purchasing I had been in contact with **** for about 3 months about the work being done on the vehicle. I also gave him 280 for purchase of tires during this time. He told me he was getting the vehicle in top condition before he would let me even drive it. He told me he was putting new brakes, new tires, doing an oil change, replacing the battery, and taking it to *********** to run a computer diagnostics test done. Only thing **** actually did was put new tires on car. The first time I was even able to drive the vehicle was only after paying **** first. I paid a total of **** for the vehicle. The other **** was paid in 2 days. The first day of having the car it started just fine. The next morning it would not start. I put it on a battery pack to get it started every day for 4-5 days. Finally **** replaced the battery for the "second" time. After another battery it worked for few more days, then camping the car completely shut down and would not turn over at all. This was the 4th July. I brought the car (once able) straight to ****** shop. He told me then it was the starter. **** did not even order the part till the 13th of July and I did not get car back until the 21st. After arguing I did not pay for the repair and he told me I am now past the 30 days that he's required to fix any more issues. Also at time of purchase and after each time in shop he told me I had to baby it when taking off for about 300 miles. ***** a week after I brought it to another shop where I was told my transmission was failing. I then asked to return the car and get my money back. He then blocked me. It lasted another 2 weeks then it completely failed. Once able I had it towed and had purchased new transmission and had it installed. It is back in shop with no heat and more. **** put some sealant for temp heater fix that should never be done in any vehicle. Still more repairs to be done

The next morning she called and said it wouldn't start, So i made a service call and went to find out what happened, I get there see a charger on it that was over charging the battery and system and battery was hot, I said to try and start and see what it does so she pushed the start button and it did nothing so i asked when you pushed the start button did you have your foot on the brake and she said no, O i forgot, So she put on brake and pushed start button and started rite up. No thanks no nothing, Soon to find out that she blew out the voltage detector and the system would drain the battery,  So with the system draining the battery low and jumping it to get it started stressed out starter and failed. This happed on a weekend while out of town with my family, Her calling yelling at me like its my fault, Who does that. Me being the good guy once again left my family to go help her out and lend her a car so she could be with her friends. The problems that she had were done bye her, I blocked her calls she was calling at all hrs acting crazy yelling at me for her problems. How she come up with a 30 day warranty i don't know contract was was as is made it very clear. I only helped her out because that's what i do, She was trying to abuse my kindness. As for the car she has yet to make any payments to me as the car has not been paid for as stated in contract. As for sealant in cooling, I know for a fact there was no sealant in there, As for the transmission they can go out anytime when you abuse them treating it like a race car, I can see it now why she drives like that, She's driving angry. It makes me sad that i invested my money buying another battery, a new starter, New voltage regulator and  the hrs i had put in helper her at my expense to not be appreciated.
