Five Stars again. This is the third or fourth project we've had Rock & Tait do. Even though this was a new house when we moved in, issues began to show up outside, by the approach to our front sidewalk, steps, and drainage from gutters. After having Kane tell us what was going on and how they could fix it, we sceduled asap. The work is completed and now it's back draining the way it should. We really appreciate the Emails, texts, and phone calls to keep us informed of how our project was moving along. Thanks again! **** & **************

We hired Rock & Tait to replace our siding, overhaul the landscaping around the perimeter of our home and install an ice blaster system to prevent ice dams from forming on the roof. While we initially had sticker shock from the project cost, I would say the work completed was well worth the money spent. We have an older home (1930's) and inevitably some issues came up during the work. We were provided with an updated quote and explanation as well as photo proof of issues. The company was responsive and honest when we had questions or concerns. Any mistakes made during the project were rectified in a timely and appropriate manner. The owner came out with the project manager to complete the final walkthrough and ensure we were happy with the results.Rock & Tait Response

Rock and Tait did a very good job on our roofs and foaming of our box sills. They sat down with us initially to explain everything and were very proactive with communication throughout the entire process. There were a few minor issues that I noticed and they were very quickly resolved. While they were not the cheapest bid that we got, they did work with us on the price, and we felt the value we got from it was worth the premium. We would highly recommend them!Review from Richard S

Rock & Tait replaced my roof but also foam-sealed air gaps in the attic along with blowing in insulation (after having an energy audit done). From start to finish, they were very professional. The salesman was honest and helpful. The workers were professional and worked hard. When the after energy audit was done again, air leakage was still found in an area. They came back promptly, found the problem and re-sealed. They are a little more expensive, but worth it.Review from John L

R & T added new windows and a new deck to our house on **** *******. All work was top quality and handled as well as you can these days in order to get all the raw materials to complete the job. All personnel we dealt with George, Trevor, and Andy's crew were very helpful and knowledgeable and gave us a 5-star performance. Very, very pleased with the work Rock and Tait did for me. Very professional, thorough, and patient from estimation to project completion. We were very diligent and careful on to selection of contractors as due to challenging landscaping we have. We needed to have a contractor that was precise and had a deep attention to quality. We were not disappointed. Communication was excellent and the answered all of my questions with tact and professionalism no matter how simple they seemed. They even did special concrete disks with handprints for my kids which wasn't my idea, but meant a lot. I will be using these guys again and really appreciate it. I hope the concrete team sees this note.
