      I had Real Clean Air come out to clean my ducts. They were at my residence for an hour and after the cleaning I found my vents filthy and detached from the registers. I gave them a call and asked them what happend. I sent them photos and video of my duct work since they had to be reconnected anyways and retapped I took them down and cleaned them myself and took photos of the inside. I needed them clean because we were getting a new HVAC system installed so I took it upon myself to do the job myself before the date of my furnace install. I asked them if i could have a refund and even offered to give them gas money, I own a business myself I understand sometimes things don't go right and it *****. All this took place7/19/23 I have up until today been trying to contact and work with them to get a refund. They did state several times they were going to issue me a refund over text. They also have blocked me on the ******** page and have yet to give me a call back. I told the owner I would appreciate a call serveral times and he has only reached out via text.

      I just bought a house, and have not fully moved it. I had this business come out to my home for air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. They covered all the ducts and started their process. Their machine was not working on 2 ducts in the den, so the young men had to come upstairs to try and fix it. When they came upstairs and were moving around by these two ducts, they damaged the transition between my dining room and the den. There was nothing wrong with this area prior and nothing has happened with the previous owners living there for 9 years prior. I contacted the business, and also spoke to the men about it. They gave me a $10 discount due to this, saying I was just trying to rip them off. (The co-owner of the house requested $100, as the entire area across was going to have to be repaired due to the damage done by the two men.) I paid just to get them out and have the damage assessed by the co-owner. I have to take all the transitional pieces out and replace it since it isn't able to be repaired. The previous own had the trim/transition glued down and nailed in in the area in question. The service date was Jan 10, 2023 and I paid $331.27. I was given a $50 discount prior to service as I had to drive to the property for service in December and the company never showed up due to another home issue.I have tried contacting the owner at ************ three times, leaving messages with no response back.

      We believe this is a fraudulent complaint due to this customer not paying her entire bill. We currently have filed a motion with the Dane County Circuit Court for judgement against this customer, complaintent also the defendant in our motion. According to our counsel the courts jurisdiction supersedes the BBB complaint and any further infromation could be counter productive to our case.

      If you require any further information, you may reach out office at ************

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      I paid my bill in full, and have a receipt showing this. In addition I have written communications from the company addressing the damages at the time it occurred, along with responses and a voice mail from the owner to resolve. The business response is obviously fraudulent to try to get this dropped.

      Regards,

      Our company has indisputable documentation that supports our position which is why we have filed a motion with the Dane County court to recover damages. The proper documents to file the motion have been mailed via U.S. ************** as directed by the clerk of courts. The customer will be served most likely this week or early next week depending on when the customer is home to receive the paperwork. This customer has never had a conversation with the owner of our company and we are certain there is nothing that can be produced to show otherwise. According to the clerk of court the documents will be entered upon receipt and a case number will be assigned to the motion along with a hearing date. Our company has filed the motion Pro Se however counsel will represent the company in this matter at all future court dates upon filing.

      Real Clean Air has been advised by counsel not to provide any further documentation that we posses regarding this matter which could possibly affect our motion prior to being presented to the court. Once this case is logged into the ********* CCAP system it will be available for review to the public at which time the customer and the ********************** may review the information entered.

      We appreciate the BBBs offer to provide mediation but at this time however, we respectfully must decline and allow this matter to be heard by the court and for resolution to be decided by the governing official which will preside over the hearings.

      Sincerely;
