Good day,Thank you for contacting Post Lake Lending. We would like to inform you that we carefully reviewed your record and found out that since you received the loan, you have been paying the standard or the minimum amount each payment schedule which is designed for paying the loan in full in 1 year time. Please be reminded that Post Lake Lending offers you 3 different payment options and one of them is to pay the loan in full as soon as possible because this is the best way for a customer to avoid paying more than what you needed to pay because the finance fee of your loan is being calculated on a daily basis. So, the longer you pay your loan in full, the higher interest you will also be paying. We really want to help you. We can also provide you a new payment plan that will be suitable for you in order to settle your account. Please call us and ask to be transferred to the ********************* so we can best assist you.Regards,Post Lake LendingReview from Lorenzo M

They are total rip-off! Even loan sharks think they are scammers, you end up paying ten times what you borrow, and if you wanna pay off early they'll give the run around to make you miss your chance of paying off early, BEWARE!Post Lake Lending Response

Good day,Thank you for contacting Post Lake Lending. We are sorry for any inconvenience that you've had encountered. We understand that you feel that there are unexpected charges associated with your loan. During the loan underwriting process, you were made aware of certain charges or fees related to the loan as well as the APR. Under the Federal Truth in Lending Act and other applicable regulations, we are required to provide an accurate and comprehensive fee disclosure. The charges related to your loan were written out in the loan documentation which you agreed to during the lending process. Before funding a loan, customers are advised of the total cost of their loan and the fees along with different plans to pay the loan back which we believe are competitive with other lenders. This is an expensive form of borrowing, and it is not intended to be a long-term financial solution. These loans are designed to assist you in meeting your short-term financial needs. We really want to help you. We can also provide you a new payment plan that will be suitable for you in order to settle your account. If I could leave negative stars I would. After applying for a loan (which means you share personal information to the company) I called today because I got an email just saying sign your loan agreement nothing about the amount I was approved for or anything else. I called and they said my loan was denied. Yet i have an email from them with the amount I was approved for and my bank details, address, social security numberin other words - I was not in fact denied for a loan. Or theyre lying. Either way, when it comes to peoples money and livelihoods that is completely unacceptable. Id never recommend them to anyone ever.Post Lake Lending Response

Good day,Thank you for contacting Post Lake Lending. We are sorry to hear that you were not able to get the loan that you wanted. No one likes to feel rejected for anything. An individual who is pre-qualified means they meet a certain level of qualifications to move forward with the full underwriting process, which is necessary for any lender to complete before the extent of credit. Any loan company with whom you apply will ask for the same information to not only ensure account correctness, but customer identity as well. We need to know the account information so that in the event you are approved for the loan, we know we have the correct account into which the funds would be deposited. Our applications pass through a preliminary screening before they download into our database. If they pass this screening, they are considered pre-qualified. This does not mean that the application has been finalized, and we conduct verification to ensure customer identity and correct account information in the event that the application will, indeed, be completely approved. Our apologies for any disturbance, and hopefully the above information has provided more clarity.Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.Regards,Post Lake LendingReview from MJ J

Only go as a last resort as the interest rates are asinine. In addition they will spam call you saying you are pre approved hold you on the phone for a good chunk of time to fill out paperwork. Then hear nothing back from them for days on end, only to follow up to be told youve been denied. They had all my info prior to the call you would think theyd be able to make a decision before wasting both of our time. They make it very inconvenient for such a high interest rate last resort loan. Go through other lenders or avenuesPost Lake Lending Response

Filled out my paperwork online, was approved instantly. Signed all my paperwork. I was then told the funds would be available in 24 hours. No funds showed up in my bank. Called the customer service number. I was then informed that my loan was denied after filling out all my important information. Including bank info, social security. I was told what I did was a preapproval process, but I was never informed of that. The employee stated I was approved funds would be deposited the next day. Company should never tell their customers they are approved. I would not recommend this company. As you can see, they have 1.13-star rating. i should've done my research before applying with all my information.Post Lake Lending Response

Worst place ever to get a loan from. They are 100000% a rip off. You end up paying 8 times the amount you borrowed. And if you need to change your payment day they end up charging you more weekly then you were originally paying. Highly recommend never getting a loan from them. I should have filed bankruptcy instead of paying this damn loan off.Post Lake Lending Response

This company is a complete scam. No matter how hard you try and pay the majorly over priced due to interest fees off, it just ends up bad. I recently had a loan with them, and was laid off of my job. This loan company continued to overdraft my bank account until it closed, and now they have "attorneys" harrassing me threatening my car- that is financed with over $20,000 owed on it. They say I signed a wage garnishment in case I defaulted, and I guess since I have no wages to garnish they are going so low to threaten my car. This company doesn't help anyone out of any binds- it just drives people insane and makes them file bankrupt.Post Lake Lending Response

I took a loan out with the this company and agreed upon a date for payments and the dates was not correct. A payment was taken out of my account on the wrong date. two weeks ahead of time. I spoke to a representative that stated she was going to a manager, and when I asked for the managers name to write a formal complaint, she stated she never spoke to a manager. The representative that I spoke to initially asked how I would like to repay the account and I stated one payment on the first I had a payment come out on the 14th. Please do not take any loans from this company. They have fraudulent business practices.Post Lake Lending Response

Someone’s using my information. I never took out a loan. Post lake are garnishing $166.40 out of my paycheck and I have no idea how they got my information. They are the second loan company that is taking money from me. I can’t even afford to pay my bills because they are fraudulently taking money from me. I’m not paying any more money to neither companies because I have no recollection of what’s happening.Post Lake Lending Response

This is the worst company I have ever delt with I have tried to pay them off three times now and they keep telling me they can't because I have a payment pending. Not only that they keep hitting my bank on the wrong day for payment I selected Friday as my payday, and they keep hitting on Thursday this has caused over $250.00 in overdraft fees they are not going to honor or reimburse. To add insult to injury my loan is going up instead of down there has been three payments that has posted and the remaining balance should have gone down not up how stupid do they think their customers are. Do not get a loan from this company they will bleed you dry and they have poor customer service.Post Lake Lending Response
