Like all of the other bad reviews, it doesnt surprise me, as my experience was terrible! If you need something delivered in a timely manner and have to have it by a certain day, forget this company! They dont answer the phones youre on hold for long periods of time! When is this kind of stuff going to stop in our business world! We have accepted this as the norm, and yet we dont really do much to change it!Roadrunner Transportation Systems

Roadrunner is the most horrible company ever. The shipped product has been sitting in their terminal for the last 3 weeks. I called them every single day asking to deliver it. Every time they give the same response that it will be delivered the next day, but never happens. Their customer service is a joke. They keep saying they escalated the case, then some supervisor comes on the phone and says they will call back, but nobody calls. I cannot keep wasting 1 hour every day requesting them to deliver it (did that for 3 weeks continuously). Had to call the original company and get my money back.Roadrunner Transportation Systems

Roadrunner has consistently been the worst LTL Freight carrier for years. We have actually had to request some of our vendors to flat out STOP using them on our shipments. Roadrunner will pick up shipments and then hold onto them for weeks. There's a price for everything, and while their rates are the lowest in the industry they provide the worst and slowest service. If you want your customers to be happy and receive their shipments within a reasonable timeframe DO NOT use Roadrunner - go elsewhere - there are plenty of carriers who may cost a little more but the level and speed of service is much better!Roadrunner Transportation Systems

RoadRunner,******* ** location is HORRIBLE!! Poor services and takes weeks to get your order. The date they give is a lie. They also lied and said they attempted to deliver and no one was home. We have ring and it captures ever individual that comes in our driveway and they never came. Our order has sat loaded since 2/7 and we are yet waiting 2/21. DO NOT USE THEM!! Worst company for delivery services. Product sat at their warehouse until I called. Set up a delivery day, they didnt show nor call. Their customer service wont respond. Had to contact the company I purchased from and get a refund.Roadrunner Transportation Systems

Both Wayfair and Zoro use Roadrunner. I ordered 6 doors from Wayfair on November 9 with the expectation that they would be delivered in 2 weeks. I still have no doors. The first time they came out they had a box in the truck that they claimed were my doors. I looked at the box and it obviously wasn't 6 doors. They assured me they were and when I noticed that the box had markings on it indicating it was gym equipment, they agreed that it wasn't my doors. I talked with the Roadrunner company and was assured they would find them and deliver them within a day or two. They never called back so I had Wayfair call them. To make this very long story short, I've been given 5 dates for delivery and one text that indicated they delivered the door at 1:30 am. I still don't have my doors and it is Jan. 31. ******* didn't have the size of door I needed so I ordered it from Zoro around the first week in December. I hadn't gotten it so I called Zoro who called Roadrunner and they said it would be delivered last Tuesday, January 24. Of course it wasn't. A few minutes ago **** just looked up the tracking and it indicates that Roadrunner delivered it on January 16, which they did not. I need the door as soon as possible because the city inspector will not pass a remodel if it is lacking doors. This is part of a Roadrunner response to a review 26 days ago, "Roadrunner has made many improvements to its technology to improve service while enhancing the customer experience. I personally apologize to you if you did not receive the service that we as a company take pride in delivering." WORST COMPANY STRUCTURE EVER!This is my first time having my stuff delivered with this company and I have absolutely no idea why any company in this world would even consider using this as their transportation company. It's the worst I've seen out of all companies. If I was opening a transportation business, I would put this company out of money and take all their customers because of how horrible they really are! For real, they just suck! I do not recommend this company to anyone. And please, if you're trying to save money, paying extra will be more worth it than having a migrane. Dealing with this company will cost a lot more and will give you more problems!-They never communicate with their customers or drivers. -They don't deliver on time nor deliver at all.-They will let your stuff sit in the warehouse for a very long time and you'll have to fight with their customer service and their angry scheduler to get it out of there.-They never give you specific or estimated time of delivery nor even give you a phone call before delivery. They expect you to stand outside in a cold from 8 am to 5 pm and wait for the driver to show up! If you don't do that then you'll miss delivery.If you're looking for a transportation company, please stay away from this one. ****** employees... threatening people at Roadrunner Transportation. JOE is an angry tempered employee. The supervisor with missing fingers treated me like his employees... all I need is for them to return two DAMAGED $14,000 marine engines to the seller. Roadrunner documented they were damaged when they picked it up and never told me. Then the Manager JOE threatens me and my wife saying " Think your real tough guy... i will treach you a lesson outside tough guy". I threatened to call.the police but my wife was scared and told me to "just leave it alone... do the make a scene with JOE." I called upper management and they said they will take care of that fingerless supervisor (they already knew he was a jersey from other customers) and Manager JOE but we shall.see how serious they are!!!!
