I bought a top of the line Green Mountain grill from these folks last year and had nothing but problems. I went through 7 bags of pellets trying to make it work & was on the phone with their so called support people every time I fired it up. Nobody did anything for me. I told them I wanted half my money back so I could sell it for half price but no response. I took the unit in to Earth Sense so they could test it & of course, $40 later they told me it checked out. I told them if that's the way they are supposed to work, I don't want it. Numerous problems but they are not interested in customer satisfaction.

Earth sense replaced a buffle on my pellet furnace which was the wrong buffle it didn't fit properly called them numerous times over the course of 6 weeks was told every time I called they would get back to me which was over 5 times they never called back The part was warranty but they Insisted I needed to pay a service call for them to come out even though the part was warranty at no cost. They were the ones that put the part on a service call for that reason When I told them they need to fix it it has been 6 weeks that they knew of the problem Matt told me they are no longer doing any business for me After I posted a review on Google he replied and lyed saying they were willing to replace the part after he told me he would not fix the problem Also I read many other reviews from people who complained about the exact same experience most mentioned how they never called them back Someone needs to do something to this business so thing like this does continue to happen and they need to be held accountable
