Purchased at 2009 Supra 21ssv end of March. Have yet to receive registration or title. They said that registration was backed up a couple months but oddly enough when I bought 2 atvs from a different dealer I received my registrations the following week. This purchase has been a nightmare from the get go. Was pre-approved for loan and spoke to ******* to get pricing and info so everything was set for when I came to sign papers. When I showed up a few weeks later with my trade in they tried to charge me for a master cylinder for the trailer as it had no fluid said it was required that everything functions on trailer before they can sell a boat. They ended up waiving that. I see the boat and it was not in the condition as described. Signed papers and went to hook up boat. Flat 5 connector and no rear straps. Go in and had to buy both. Hooked up lights and only had left turn signal... that was it. At this point I was at the dealer for almost 4 hours just to sign papers. So I took it home. Got it home a took a look into trailer and boat deeper... no drain plug trailer brake wire chewed off upnear brake master... all of the trailer light wires were chewed off in multiple places except left turn... I thought everything had to be in working order to sell boat? Call next gen and they wanted me to take it back to them almost 1.5 hrs away to fix something that should've been fixed prior to sale. Ended up taking it to a closer next gen in chippewa falls. After having the boat for over 2 weeks they got it "FIXED" show up... wires too short... Ended up buying an extension... at this point I had no faith in their " inspection" and ended up dropping it off at a dealer I have used in the past to get inspected before putting it on the water with my wife and 3 young children. We ended up having to put another **** into the boat and trailer. Now mid July and still no registration and title. All I want is my boat to be registered and the title.Business response

This complaint has been resolved as of 7/18/22. Watersports manager spoke with customer and they are satisfied.Customer response
