March 26, 2024 I checked my 2019 Can Am ***** in to *********************** for Motor Cycle Spring Tune Up.April 9, 2024 I picked up my 2019 Can Am ***** and paid $1,340.86 cash to ***********************. When I got the bike home and cleaned it I noticed chips to the matte finish and back rim that were consistent with the service provided (photos). April 10, 2024 I returned to Mad City Power Sports and communicated to ***************************** about my concerns and he was aware of the chips to the matte finish because he stated "he was a participant to the damages." I politely stated "Can this be rectified." He left to consult management, came back to take pictures and pointed out an additional chip to the matte finish by the (rear wheel). April 13, 2024 I did a status check "nothing"May 24, 2024 another status check, this time ***************************** logged in my contact information in the database followed by an email to a company that specializes in paint touch **** which by his own admission he was requesting the wrong service for the damages that was done to the matte finish in a later phone call. June 7, 2024 I communicated to *********************** about the matter at hand, because 8 weeks passed and I have yet to be informed of any progress. He wasn't aware of the concerns to my 2019 Can Am *****. June 7, 2024 he was made aware of the concerns.***************************** called me at 6:02pm June 7, 2024 stating, "results by the end of week June, 9 2024 - June, 15, 2024 "nothing"Today of this filing is June 18, 2024 almost 10 weeks since initial discovery. The damages done to my 2019 Can Am ***** during maintenance has yet to be rectified.Business response

As the General Manager of the store this is the first time I am being made aware of this situation. I will have a conversation with the parties involved and rectify this situation.
