This place might be in nice location and have a safe building that is it. Management is so poor. I can go on a long rampage. To start with my Santa Claus. It is really small that was on the porch. Yes I left it out a couple weeks after Christmas. One because it was my grandmother's that passed and my mom passing also I was not paying at to take it down. Mind you it was the only declaration I had out there. I get this email stating to have it down immediately, because it's a breach in the lease. Or if we don't comply could lead to eviction. Like what the *******!!! I emailed I can when I cant. My mom just passed so no. They gave us like an extra day . So that was annoying the second part that really crossed the line... Is the next day after emailing about the Santa Claus and explaining about my mom's passing. I am sent an email about my pre move out inspection. They want to come in the next day. After I stated I am not available to take care of everything because my mom funeral and her intument. I don't have time to take care of cleaning for that right now. Like Hellow do you communicate through your management team. Then they said sorry and said in email they would give us 5 extra days to prepare. I thought well ok then. O no no they are so ****. Then next day when the original day they said to enter for pre inspection. OMG I was so mad this day, day of my moms intument. I wake up to a knock on the door at 9:38am. I start screaming go away. They must figured it out before they fully entered. They just don't communicate. Also they have excessive heat issue with their broilers. Where it's warm out earlier this year. The heat override is on. So it's on until they turn them off. Even tho you have heat off it don't matter. The heat is still on. I had came home from work to a 95 degree apartment. Due to the 70 degree weather outside along with the excessive heat the heater is giving off. I asked about it. They said nothing they can do. Until allowed to turn the boiler down.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!! I was a tenant with Waterford for a year. Last year my live had changed and i signed a 1 year lease. While I was waiting for my apartment I went out to buy some furniture since the pandemic was making it hard and taking a long time to receive furniture. Now, I did not see my unit before moving and I bought a full size couch and after about 4 mos of waiting for my furniture to be delivered it was dec 2021 and my couch did not fit up the stairs and around the sharp corner. I knew i wanted to keep my furniture set because it was the only set at the store I liked. As time went one I was warned that this place will sent out an early lease renewal that is months in advance and only gives you a week to decide on if you are staying or leaving and not only that, but the rent was raised $45 dollars which was probably due to inflation but only given a week to figure out my next move which in WI was not enough time and there was still no availability to figure out if i wanted to stay or go and because if i did not sign this agreement the next one they would send out could be much higher and i was worried not only having to stay and pay more for the same place if i was not able to find a new place in time to leave. So i re-signed another year, but i really needed to find a place for my couch since it would not fit. I was told by this property that i could transfer to a lower. They lied about all of that and I was charged $500 to switch units/ or if i needed to leave that is what the $500 they made me pay was for. I found a new place to move to out of this management in June i signed the new lease and in Aug i was out. I gave them the 60 days plus paid the whole 2 more mos rent that i was responsible for . Now they want to hold me to September rent a whole month when a new person moved in plus a late fee when i was told it was going to be pro-rated with the new person. Do Not live with these people. They only want your money and do not care.
