They are without question the most corrupt and morally despicable landlords I have ever encountered. I left two quarter sized stains that a carpet cleaner could not get out and it cost me $800 after they claimed they couldn’t patch it. They wanted double that but after going to court I only had to pay half. If for some reason you have no other option than to rent from these greedy lowlifes, make sure you’re perfect because they show no mercy as they exploit the working class. I like to think that mercy will be something that they yearn for as they stand at the pearly gates one day. Good riddance.

Requested maintenance and also contacted property with concerns regarding apt issues and no response from maintenance or app management.Very very expensive and expected more.I was just told from one contact person that I could not get out of lease.I requested to be able to change to month to month or 6 month based on my issues I have Not worth the high cost at all

I own a house in ******* ** which is on the same cul da sec as two of the properties that are managed by this company Del Rio and Andalusia. We have owned our home for over ten years and in the past 4 years we have had 2 run ins with an older male and an older women that were both extremely rude. We have been walking our dog in this neighborhood for three years and always pick up after our dog always..but these employees are aggressive and rude to the point of confrontational. I personally would never want anyone I know to rent a place from this company. We have gotten to know a few of the tenants that currently live there and they knew exactly who we were referring too and they r currently looking for somewhere else to go because of the lack of respect from these people. The crazy thing is u have tenants that have dogs in their apartments and u would think that this company would be more pet friendly but that is not the case. Also a rental company should really try to be nice to the people that actually own property next to them and to conduct themselves in a neighborly manner and not A *****/***. I have reached out to this company after our first incident but got no where which tells me they dont care what so ever of being decent humans and neighbors so I will be letting the BBB of these and i will keep writing reviews and telling everyone about them.

If I could give them zero stars I would! I lived in mission hills and birch wood apartments for almost a decade and they’ve been awful throughout it all. I’ve never missed a payment. Never caused trouble. Yet they treat you **** **** and refuse to take accountability. They even entered my apartment without giving a notice! Jane whom I assume is the manager, is rude and distasteful. Awful experience. AWFUL
