Signed a contact 10/9 for a fence for $6400. That day i paid a $3200 deposit. Text stated includes fence and concrete barrier. Was told verbally that day it also included removal of the old fence. Was told work would start 11/1. On 10/31 I was told work would start Saturday. On 11/4 I was texted work would start Monday. On 11/5 I got a text asking if they could just cover my old fence with a new one, of which I said no. 11/7 was texted job will be done this week. On 11/12 I got a message he finally got materials. On 11/15 he text asking if he could add staining for $250. I agreed. He also said they'd be done that day and asked for payment in full if possible because they'll be done by 4pm. I sent a deposit of $1000 to ****** his girlfriend on ******** pay as it seemed like money was tight. He asked me for a ****** review, which I gave because I know them and figured all will end up ok. 11/18 said he needed payment in full. Said he'll be done that Friday but I may need an invisible fence. I said absolutely not that's what this is for and my yard can't have one. I paid the remaining balance plus 250 for staining and 200 for a gate. The gate by the way I thought should be included?? But apparently not. 12/3 digging Thurs. Pouring Fri. 12/7 I'll be there tomorrow I'm sick. 12/14 concrete guy only available Saturday. Dig Fri pour sat. Then no show Fri. 12/16 staining not done. No concrete. Dogs can still get out. Old fence not removed. Staining looks horrible. I said don't come backBusiness response

I am no longer an owner of this company. I havent been for some time. I am just a go between until ****** gets completely on his feet. I sincerely apologize for this and would like to make it right.
Sunday offers great weather to finalize the cement and staining. I will also address this in person with *******. No problem. Or I can look into reimbursing her as well. She is actually a good friend so I am extremely upset that this situation has gotten soo bad.Sincerely,

****** was hired to a siding replacement. I asked ****** to do a like color siding replacement. ****** went with a completely different color which matched the house next door. The *** then asked us to replace the siding. I asked ****** to do the right thing and he asked me to pay extra for the replacement. I figured the better thing is to get this problem solved instead of fighting him and paid him extra to do the replacement. ****** cashed that check and didn't do the replacement. He said that he got sick last December. I have tried getting him to do the right thing since then.He eventually said that he will NOT do the replacement and said that he will return the extra money I paid.After many follow-**** he only returned part of the payment and isn't responding to my calls or textsBusiness response

I have reached out to the customer. Major communication gap. Refund has been issued and problem has been solved.
The owner of the company suffered a stroke during the process of this complaints entry. We sincerely apologize for the gap in communication.

7/8/21 ***************************** the Rep for Badgeland General Contracting LLC came to see if they could help, roof caved in and porch rotted. I wanted to replace the porch/roof .The estimate showed up 8/5. The day I met the banker my roof started leaking. He sent a new estimate including the roof 8/19 he came with the contract. I paid $**** to start on my ********/3 they did most of the *******/18 he asked me for the other **** for the roof and half of the payment for the porch 9/20 I paid $18,700 ****** said he would be here next week 9/29 He told me They would be here next week 10/9 he said they would start next week. No one showed 10/22 he told me the demo would be on Wednesday 10/26 he said they would be here tomorrow They worked on the house one day Ripped off the rain gutters and ripped up the porch. ****** said this was a two week job 11/11 he said they would get to it ASAP 11/29 he said I will make sure we get there this week 11/30 Porch is coming down Thursday going up next week Confirmed with the guys that are helping. No one showed 12/2 we will be there Friday at noon He showed up with one other man They worked two hours 12/7 Today more demo 12/7 he will be there tomorrow to demo and it will be done. I have carpenters starting Monday Noone showed 12/9 He asked if we can do it all tomorrow we will have it demod and finish next week 100% You have my word its all lined up. They did not clean out all of the debri from the old porch They built over it 12/14 he asked for $3000 more because the guys were asking for money up front. I told him no 12/15 830 they will be there 12/19 I wrote On Monday you assured me the porch would be done by Friday. You gave me your word. His girlfriend ****** wrote back ****** had a stroke 12/20 they showed up. 12/27 ****** said the workers were suppose to be done today with the porch not the roof. She asked for $9000 to pay them. I told her I was upset that it wasnt done. She told me it would be finished next week
