            In March 2024, they reached out to me specifically about my ****** and offered a deal if I prepaid for two servicesone in April and one later in the summer. I paid $445 on March 23.Mid-April rolls around, and I haven't heard anything from them, so I reach out. Each week, I was promised "it'll be this week or next week, we're behind on lawn mowing, which is our main service."On May 17th, ******* offered me a refund and promised to get it to me that weekend. That didn't happen. On May 29th, he promised again to send it over. It is now June 10th, and he hasn't sent me the refund, despite me sending two ***** requests (the method I originally paid him) and several emails. He has not responded to the last four emails I sent requesting updates.

            I hired Risen Lawn Care for snow removal for the 2022-2023 season and was pleased with the service. I hired them to do some lawn repair and lawn rolling, $596.08 on 3/2/23 and $587.64 on 4/19/23. Due to the drought conditions of last summer, we mutually agreed to hold off until we got some rain. We communicated throughout the summer.When the drought continued, Risen Lawn Care agreed to to take the money already paid, $1,183.72, and apply it to the 2023-2024 snow plowing season. I paid an additional $503 for plowing and $144.38 for salting. In all, I've paid $1,831.10 for services that were never completed. I was told I would be refunded my money at the end of the snow season, April 15, 2024. I've reached out twice since then, but have not gotten a response.I simply want my money returned.
