Went to this restaurant on Friday the 15 for lunch with boyfriend. Paid with credit card but leave cash tip on tablet write in receipt cash on table the total was *****. Today Monday the 18 th got a alert from credit card. Amount changed. A **** tip was added. I called credit card company. They said we can dispute when it post cuz it fraud. I didn't authorize 8 bucks. They said talk to businesss2. So I went there at 11 am. The waiter that committed the fraud was there and to my shock he said he was the manager. He admitted it and said he couldn't find the cash On table so he wrote a tip in on recipet.l he gave me the tip money back but kept changing his story. Even said I gave him low tip then back 2 couldn't find cash. I said So u committed fraud. He then got weird kept laughing and making weird faces. I ended up saying mean things to him. And calling cops When he did give me the tip money it was out of the register. Not his own pocket and he gave me a different receipt Took the old one. But I have pictures of the original so he can't pull More fraud anyways the police came. He changed story agian to them and cops said I shouldn't call him out his name. But I was so shocked a manager would do this. I did find out he lied cops said he not manager. Just was in charge .. I emailed ( cops said call ****** he the owner)Owner like cops said to do and they said have bank deal With this..The fraud thing he did I'm concerned he has done this to a lot of people And I found out he claims to not now English well but was speaking perfect English tell I mentioned police. And he started recording me and that's why he waslaughing and acting off and weird. To me playing games and got the best of me .. now I have to get new card. Cuz he adding tips to my card and has access to my card. Then he kept receipt today and gave me a different one. So I'm thinking he changed that receipt 2 Cuz he showed The ?? Something and made up a weird story this is all very disturbing and owner has not emailed Me back. I don't think he cares
