      Do not order online thru them. Each time you do a size return your charged fees. I replaced my original order with another order and was charged shipping again and the credit with another order online I was charged more return and shipping fees. My original order thru ****** was close to 200 dollars now my refund credit after all fee deductions is now only $77 dollars. They are a scam online

      We made a credit card balance payment of $24.95 in February. We mistakenly paid $0.02 less than the bill amount. The result was that Lands End credit card company *************** charged us a late fee of $26.99! This is obviously outrageous. When we called the bank to complain, they reduced the fee to $11.97 which is still outrageous. I'm done with Lands End. There's got to be a better way to deal with cuatomers!

      My wife ordered a sweater and it showed as pending. She had a great sale price. All item were now shipped except the sweater which was canceled by Lands End. That same sweater is back on sale at over twice the price. It appears that Lands End didnt want to honor their promotion by cancellation of the sweater from my wifes order to turn around and then suddenly have stock but at over twice the price. Beware of this company as they offer discounts and then cancel your order when it suits them.

      Was this a bait and switch? I ordered two sets of what Lands' End called "deeply discounted" sheets. After some time they informed me that only one set was available and that I could choose "another color". When I chose another color for the second set the price came back much higher than the "deeply discounted" priced sheets I had ordered two sets of initially. They said that only certain colors were "deeply discounted", but not all. Any color I chose came back at the higher price. I reluctantly agreed to the second set at a higher price since I was getting at least one set at the "deeply discounted" price. Several days after I placed the order for one set of "deeply discounted" sheets and higher priced set of sheets, I received an email telling me that one set of sheets that I ordered were no longer available. Surprise, the set that was not available was the "deeply discounted" set, which left me with just the higher priced set. They took it upon themselves to refund the price of the "deeply discounted" set of sheets by sending a check in the mail instead of crediting my credit card that was used to make the purchase. As of this writing I have not received the check and the initial charge still stands on my credit card. If they had let me know before issuing the refund check that I was only going to received the higher priced set of sheets I would have canceled the entire order, but because they didn't notify me before issuing the check they said they are no longer able to cancel the order. Instead, they sent me a free return label to return the sheets when they arrive. I am still awaiting the arrival of the sheets and the refund check. I have yet to see either. I thought about disputing the charge on my credit card and sending the sheets and the refund check back to them, but there were gift cards involved that I would not be reimbursed for if I did this. It sounds very much like a classic bait and switch to me. I'm finished with Lands' End.

      Lands End statement of their original sale prices cannot be trusted. I ordered a water resistant fleece jacket which they claimed had an original price of $80+. What I received was indeed a jacket, two very thin, flannel like fabric layers melded to a stiff, in between layer. The price I paid was $15,95, deeply discounted it appeared. But there is no way that this ever sold or offered at the $80. price. I went on line and there are no reviews for this item and the "write a review" is blocked. So returning it will only increase my loss. Do not trust any item which appears too good and is heavily discounted. I have been a customer of lands end for may years. But this is my last order.

      Items are great if you can stand the ridiculous shipping times. I ordered a quarter zip for my Dad for Christmas in the beginning of December. Shipping stated 3 weeks, great. It's now December 28th and they pushed delivery out to JANUARY 24th, almost 2 MONTHS from the original order date. Why on earth would it take two months to ship a shirt from ********* to **************?

      My order was placed on 12/2/2023. As of today, 12/17/23, I h a ve not received my order #*******, nor have I received any delivery information. Very disappointing service, delivery and communication. Please provide information.

      Told me repeatedly that item I ordered on Black Friday would arrive by Christmas. Kept telling me it was delayed. When I contacted customer service, they told me they had sent me an email (that contradicted all the other emails they sent me) and said they had cancelled my order because the delay required a new credit card authorization. They told me I could pay full Price and have it after Christmas.

      Incredibly disappointed with return process costs. I spent $65 for an item costing $52 to be sent. To return was another $6.99. The total refund amount was $42. This $23 loss has me reeling. Another customer lost to you.
