I had the new roof done in Oct 2021 complete tear off and replacement (commercial grade i was told)That winter the back part of the building leaked very very bad ( sent owner of the video of the water pouring into my back storage and kitchen rooms, damaging the ceiling, equiptment.. ect... He came out and de iced the roof and said they would fix in in the summer of 2022.summer of 2022 came and went, they came out and said the roof was done wrong and was to replace it with a rolled fiber material they had to order. The product came in but was short for the amount needed to do the job. They replaced it with the green they had then used tan color to fill in (completely not the color of roof installed obviously ) but was told they would come back in the summer of 2023 to coat it over with Green.Here we are after 2 yrs several broken commitment from the owner *** and I still have a brown roof that is not fully completed.I am asking for a partial refund for $10,000 (the amount of roof that is still not completed) or have it fixed to the right color and warranty coverage detailed out in a letter from the owner before fall weather (as promised the past 2 yrs.)I have been extremely patient with this and after 3 yrs of no call backs, broken promises from the owner i need help from BBB or will get my lawyer involved if this cant be mediated by BBB.Thank you *****************************
