On 7/28/2021 I had an appointment for my dog ******. At the time of the visit, I stopped at the counter and asked to pay my **** in full, which I did. They then contacted me weeks later to advise me that they missed a portion of my **** when I paid in full and said that they missed a charge of $51.00. This had also happened at a previous visit when I again went to the counter and paid in full. Weeks later I was told they had missed a portion of the ****, so I paid that "missing portion," however, I felt uneasy about doing this. I feel that Oakwood Hills Animal Hospital is unfairly charging their clients. When I go to the desk to pay in full and am told that I am paid in full, I do not expect weeks later to get a phone call or a **** in the mail saying they forgot to charge me or missed a charge and now want me to pay an extra amount. I feel this is an error on the business end and it also seems as though clients are being overcharged for services. The first time this happened, I was fine paying it, the second time, I do not believe that I should be continuing to have to pay for extra charges as I feel as though it is the Hospital's error. In the letter they sent, they even got my dog's name incorrect, so who knows if they even are trying to charge me for the correct animal. My dogs name is ******, not ********Business response
