On June 10th, 2024, we were being directed by an employee into the car wash rails. The employee looked inexperienced in his directions as we were pointed to go back and forth each way multiple times. This ultimately resulted in the vehicle wheels/tires being on top of the rails and then suddenly slamming down into them. Specifically, the left rear wheel rim suffered severe scuff damage. Our family and the employee instantly knew this was not normal. The employee, in fact, immediately looked down at the left rear wheel and watched as the car wash rollers engaged and we traveled through the car wash. Upon exiting the car wash, I immediately pulled the vehicle to the side, inspected it, and discovered the damaged vehicle rim. I took photos for record keeping and notified the employees. I was required to fill out paperwork and instructed I would receive a call within a couple weeks. To this day, I have never received a call from the establishment and I have been the only one attempting to make contact. I have called countless times and spoken to some employees and local managers. Often a manager is not on shift that day and when I've talked to anyone, I'm always told a regional manager reviews the complaints and is who needs to contact me. I've been told many times that it's unusual for him to not have contacted me and that they would pass a message to him right away. Somewhere within this is ultimate failure and lack of accountability, as I have never been contacted by this regional manager and in fact, I'm the only one who has attempted contact as stated above. All employees I've spoken with, refuse to give me the regional manager's contact information so I can try and initiate some communication and an attempt at resolution. I'm tired of wasting my time with no apparent cooperation at all from the business, so I'm asking for your help please. Sincerely,****************************
