Date of purchase: 2/25/21 Date of installation: 3/22/21-3/24/21 Purchased Hydrotek Stillwater Edge- White **** Central Park plus a subcontractor for installation for residential use. After less than one year, boards are cracking, boards are sinking, and end joints are seperating throughout the top floor and foyer floor. This product has a Titanium grade warranty. This warranty has 25-year wear, 25-year texture retention, and LIFE for soil, stain, and installation. Business tried to file a claim with **** for a manufacturer defect, but was denied twice. Owner does not want to replace or refund flooring. Owner initially offered $2,000.00 and then $4,000.00. Owner is trying to put blame on door jambs which were replaced after installation. However, initial offer by owner of $2,000 was before he was made aware. Owner is making excuses to not honor warranty.Flooring cost: $8,005.21 (After credit for returned product.)Installation: $3,231.36 Trim removal/reset: $699.00 Matching stair nose: $69.99 Matching reducer: $69.99 Quarter round: $216.00 Total: $12,291.55 These charges do not reflect any disposal of previous flooring, or other products purchased that we're not defective. A refund of $2,000.00 and $4,000.00 is insulting. Also, according to store manager, this product has since been discontinued.Business response
