      They sent me a reciept for a refund without confirming first that I got the refund. They need to confirm the refund before giving the reciept no matter how the refund was given. I don't care how the refund is given. I have waited more than 1 month which is ridiculous. They have been informed that habe been reported.

      - In the Fall of 2021, I signed a contract with Egg Harbor Campground for a seasonal site and paid a $500 deposit based on the provisions of that contract.This upcoming year would have been my family's 12th year at this campground - On 12/16/21 the Campground was sold to HTR Investors - On 2/18/22 I mailed a check for $2612.25 to pay the remaining balance on my contract by 3/1/22, as required by the provisions within the contract.- - On 3/8/22, we were notified via email by **************************, a management company hired by HTR Investors, that our existing contracts were no longer valid and new contracts would be issued and the new price for seasonal sites is $5500. - On 3/21/22, AOS cashed my check for $2612.25 which I mailed on 2/18/22 without having a newly signed contract, without contacting me prior to see what my intentions were, and without issuing a receipt. - On 3/27/22, during a weekly review of my accounts, I discovered that AOS cashed my check. They were put on notice that day that my money needed to be returned immediately. - On 3/28/22, ************************* emailed me and stated all my money would be returned after the removal of my camper. I called ******************** that same day and stated that my Money needed to be returned immediately. I informed her that I didn't sign a contract, I am not their customer, I wasn't even issued a receipt. I told her an error happened on their end, and they needed to correct the error. ******************** stated she would submit a request for the immediate return of my money. I asked to be contacted if there were any issues with her request. - On 4/3/22, I had still not received my funds or a receipt and I emailed the **** ********************* emailed back and stated that my money would be returned after I removed my camper. I again let her know that I do not agree to those terms, I am not their customer, we do not have a business relationship and my money needs to be returned immediately. - As of 4/11/22, I have still not been refunded.
