      We made reservations two weeks ahead for two queen beds down stairs . We got there and it was up stairs in the old section .wasnt happy with it . She said the only thing she had left was a double down stairs . We said no. Went to pay and Lacey said the computers were down . We could pay in the morning. We went to pay and she said she would need cash or a check . I wasn’t going to give her cash so we gave her a check . She told my husband to write it out to her name , he thought it sounded very fishy, so he put her name and then put Lull Abi Inn after her name and in the reference put for 2 night RM 33 . This was on a Sunday , went to the office the next morning, there was a note on the door that she wouldn’t be in. Got home that day . Two days later we checked to see if she had cash it . She had cashed it right away on Monday . We looked to see if she had put it through on our credit card also , but she hadn’t . Checked the next day and she had also run it through on the credit card . We stayed 2 nights . It was 305.00 . So I called the bank because after looking at the check we had written she had crossed out Lull Abi Inn and initialed it with my husbands initials . I Called the bank and told them and they wanted us to come in and sign a paper stating that the check had been fraudulently changed . So we did and they sent it back to the credit union where she had cashed it . So we got our money refunded for the check we had written . 08-12-24

      No working toilet in our room, also obvious not cleaned blood stain on my pillow! No way ANYTHING in this room was cleaned! I tried to get help at the front desk for the toilet the front desk lady stated Im not a Plumber I asked her to call the manger and she REFUSED!!! this is a breach of contract to pay over 500$ for a service (clean room and running toilet) then to be REFUSED THAT SERVICE!

      Tiffany, I apologize for your issue. I waited in the office Friday evening to take a look at your toilet. I also had another room blocked out so I could accommodate you better. However, I did not see you again on Saturday Morning/Afternoon. My front desk employees knew I had another room waiting for you. I also refunded half of your money on Friday evening when I heard you thought there was problems going on. I was more than willing to help, however I did not see you once. I called the number we have on file for you, I also emailed the refund to your email on file. I am always willing to do what I can to make a guest happy, but i must be able to speak to someone or be informed.
